Lowtrawler

You are right to underestimate .

NM i would imagine would want atleast 80p otherwise he will have to sell off some of the others . To be honest even at 80p he would have to sell some of them off .

Nice problem to have .

I've tried to err on the side of caution with my estimated Alpala valuation. In reality, it could be anywhere between 600m to 1.2bn which is 30p to 60p per share and you still have all the other sites.

BTW never got all of the 30k ..you see its just not that easy to buy any volume without sending the share price through the roof.Thats also why i am not selling because i do not think at this moment i can replace them cheaper .

An example of that is our 324k sell yesterday at 15.60 or there abouts . How much would it cost you to replace that just one day later with the markets over 5 percent down .

I believe that $100 billion + or - is just Cascabel or even just Alpala there are over 70 other prospects, and given the skills of Solg there will be other huge finds amongst them. Current actions by the FED suggest to me that there is going to be high inflation ie a drop in the value of the Dollar, so it starts to get hard to know what's worth what? It might end up as a joint deal with more than one partner and selling the metal on a take off arrangement. No point in selling something for $5 billion only to have those dollars worth half that the next day.

Lowtrawler.

So thats 3 times the current value plus 74 other unproven sites and extremly conservative imho .

In terms of value, you're better looking at the PEA and it's NPV estimates. They are USD 4.1Bn to USD 4.5Bn. We expect that final numbers will be a little better and so let's call it a conservative USD 5Bn which is about GBP 3.7Bn.There is still a lot of execution and political risk. My guess is that any buyer would want to keep around 80% of the NPV which would value Alpala at around GBP 700m.

Arcadian not worried about copper or gold prices at the moment we are a few years away from production and 55 year mine life.

What does worry me is that the Sp will not stay at this price for long .that why i have been buying all the way down to 10p

I think that we must leave that to NM. From me it is ignorant speculation.

We have assets of gold and copper worth $100 bullion with vast billions of $ profit discounted over time after an initial $5 billion initial outlay.

Its buyout price depends on so many factors including the price of copper, the health of the international economy, the number and relative strength of the buyers and NM`s mindset. He might just want to prove his success up to a point without extracting the last $ and move to the next challenge.

NM is a seasoned experienced tough nut and no fool so I will await his pleasure and my gain.

Arcadian .

What price do you think solgold would accept for the sale of Alpala .

30 p is about 550 million pounds

So 60p.... 1.1 billion

So 120 .....2.2 billion

So when you look at these numbers knowing the company has NO debt and is currently valued at 275 millón with minerals in the ground worth 110 billion.

15p is a bargain of our lifetime .

Oh and i forgot to add the other 74 sites they own around Ecuador.

Arcadian agreed.

Once we have the first 150 million then we will no doubt rerate back to the highs of before. It also give us time and monies to start with the regionals

I agree Lowtrawler, and as that inflation takes off they will have to raise interest rates in an attempt to control it. It would be of interest to know what has happened in Venezuela, how the inflation evolved. But one thing for sure an ox of gold in Venezuela is worth at least $1600, and that probably makes you very well off by local standards.

We have a lot of plus points and just need to be patient while this Covid thing
runs its course. Mining itself is hardly on a quick fix scale and those in this business are used to "the long run".

It's one of the great puzzles from the last decade. There has been huge QE but no inflation. The money has not found it's way into the "real" economy. Instead, it has led to higher asset prices and washed around the stock markets of the world. That is unlikely to happen this time as assets are so clearly over valued. It will take a few months but we are heading for high inflation. Commodities are where you should be putting your money.

Would be fantastic if they confirmed progress in the on going funding talks before the Mre3 although they did say 8 weeks .

The RNS on 11 March started "Completion and independent certification of MRE 3 expected within 4 weeks". So that would take us to 8 April.
