SP will probably decline without news, the news flow all looks great, but profit taking will set in and if there are more sells than buys the stock will decline after a strong run it is all healthy and par for the course.

I agree there's a selling drag on the price but why and who is at present a mystery

I think the assays from Hole 1 at Porvenir is an important piece of price sensitive news and will reassure the market considerably

PROVENIR-Hole 2: RNS, 19.10.20

<>"intersected OVER 258.2m of VISIBLE CHALCOYPRITE mineralisation from 15.5m."

<>"current depth 273.7m"

<>"2nd rig planned this month - test CENTRAL & western portions including POTENTIAL ROOT of the core which may extend to 1,000m as indicated by 3D geochem modelling."

<>NICK MATHER, CEO: Hole 2 is CONTINUING to C O N F I R M our view that the Chacharposa system is potentially V E R Y L A R G E and R I C H ."

[Chalcopyrite in the RNS*s refer to the general known of contains 34% copper {not grade}.]

My Comment:
What Mather said was of interest as it was yesterday when Provenir Hole 2 initial cores were seen and his comment as above covers Hole 1 & Initial Hole 2. Potentially "rich" is usually associated with grading?

--
SP ANGEL:
"Although assays are not included in with the announcement SHOW CHALCOPYRITE D I S E E M I N A T E D and Vein Mineralisation within the core.

The hole testing the eastern part of a 1,700m x 1,000m wide MINERALISED CORRIDOR at Cacharposa Creek & is targeted to reach at least 750m. Conclusion: We look forward to the initial assays from Provenir."

19.10.20

My Comment:
Maybe I should try to blow up the pics of the core to see disseminated?

Wapping67, are you on the right thread? We haven't experienced any major seller for many months.

Share price will sadly go nowhere until this persistent seller is cleared. We’ve seen two good updates but the seller persists

mam fach, it all boils down to the increasingly spectacular volumes of metal that Solg owns, at some point the big poker players will show their hands as they will want to own these metals, and mine it for a century or two. We're just waiting for something to kick off.

LF, low volume and natural pause pending news. Suspect there will be no blockbuster news until the end of next week at the earliest and so likely to see a drag on the price until then. The first 3 weeks of November should contain the price moving information. By the middle of January, we should have enough holes drilled at Porvenir and Rio for us to confidently predict the likely MRE. By start of Q2, the MRE's should be published. That is the most likely time for any corporate activity.....

Hard to watch share price.
This week has been a test of faith and it’s only Tuesday. Now if us Solgers begin to question the wisdom of our investment what hope is there. Please please NM prove us right - SOON.

SOLG is the outstanding bargain for me in the gold/copper mining development sector amongst companies with already proven assets. CHF and ARCM are following behind in the copper space but have got quite a bit more to do

Remember everyone, keep your itchy trigger fingers away from the sell button. We are waiting for the next 3 price transforming announcements. All in the next 5 weeks.1. Porvenir assay and additional drill results.2. Alpala PFS and outline funding.3. Initial drill results for Rio Amarillo. If all 3 are positive, 38p will be a distant memory.

The article on fundraising for Alpala is old. For some reason it's dated today but if you read it, it's from last June.
