19/10/2020 11:16 | mam fach and rp. The PFS itself is unlikely to move us by much but I expect it to be published alongside outline financing for the c.$3bn needed. This will indicate how much of the mine will be financially beneficial to shareholders and how much to other financiers. At the moment, we are priced such that we are only expected to own around 30% of the total mine value. I expect the outline financing to give us over 50%. If I am correct, that would add around 15p to our price. | ![]() lowtrawler
19/10/2020 10:39 | Looks like SOLG will be taking this to production rather than selling out..... | ![]() plentymorefish
19/10/2020 10:37 | I've come back to the sanctity of this board from the endless debates about "going to production' over on LSE... Anyhow, mam fach, I worry that the PFS won't move us significantly because its been trailed so long and held up by COVID. I hope I'm wrong. However, if there is a bidder(s) hanging around, it will officially substantiate the resource and NPV, thereby acting as substance for the Financing. If both were announced together, that could be a blockbuster, especially if there is no equity included. So we're waiting to see what BHP, NCM and any prospective bidders will do...we'll know there is something affoot if we start to get price spikes without any attendant resource updates Because whatever the regulations, stuff always seems to leak and 'insider' get a head start... Bought back 60% of the 1/4 I sold at 42.7, average 37.7...not selling any until at least 50p... AIMHO as usual and GLA | ![]() rougepierre
19/10/2020 10:08 | When is Alpala PFS due? Think that’s what will move price significantly. | ![]() mam fach
19/10/2020 10:07 | mam fach, it feels like it's being gamed, but when I ask myself "would I go short?", well no, I wouldn't, I'd be scared witless! | ![]() lefrene
19/10/2020 10:03 | All good news and yet awful lot of nos. No rise in share price. No sign take over approach. No large buys. Makes NO sense.NM saying we are going to production obviously a NO NO to the market.GLA | ![]() mam fach
19/10/2020 09:59 | I'll make a prediction. The next 2 holes at Porvenir and the assay results remain positive; we publish the Alpala PFS with outline funding and the first drill hole at Rio receives a similar response to Porvenir. All in the next 5 weeks. Our price will be between 60p and 70p. | ![]() lowtrawler
19/10/2020 09:53 | Mam fach Seems the market wants the assays and is not prepared to accept visuals and the experiance of our geoligists at face value . This is ok as the assays will be with us soon . | ![]() mknight
19/10/2020 09:52 | Interesting and informative post, thanks.I think however that we should bear in mind that an accepted formula or formulae for valuing a share is all well and good when you have all or most of the known bases for that validation eg valuing a company such as Unilever. However when you have a multitude of unknowns such as here it is impossible to value the company with any degree of accuracy as if you only use the known you are discounting the huge potential of the unknowns. For me I'd rather take the risk of finding out that some of the potential resources are not as valuable as we are all hoping rather than sell it in the near future on the basis of any of the three correct methods you have mentioned. In other words I am here as a medium term holder to hopefully see the unknown knowns as well as the unknown unknowns. A minimum of one year or maybe into actual production . Let's make the most of our potentially world class resource rather than sell it off cheap for short term gain. | ![]() husbod
19/10/2020 09:51 | I don't mind the consolidating at this level. Calm before the upward storm in next few weeks. 60p plus "all day long" as they say on Storage Wars. | ![]() greenelf
19/10/2020 09:30 | Can someone please help to shift share price? Is it only us loyal band of Solgers that have faith. Who would sell now. Doesn’t make sense. GLA | ![]() mam fach

19/10/2020 08:14 | The 1st hole was on edge of modelled higher probability success zone. 2nd hole is more towards centre of higher probability success zone. | ![]() greenelf
19/10/2020 08:12 | GE, it's just they made a big thing of the first hole skirting the core and that the second hole would target to go through it. Consensus seems to be that the core is at greater depth and so maybe the next announcement. | ![]() lowtrawler
19/10/2020 08:07 | Its just saying we ar going to be rich so Dyor and trust NM . | ![]() mknight
19/10/2020 08:00 | Careful with the word "core", the core potassic zone may not always the richest necessarily. Bands/shells of metal types deposition may vary radiate outward from the 'core'. | ![]() greenelf
19/10/2020 07:48 | Exactly. The key words were "so far" | ![]() mad foetus
19/10/2020 07:47 | Lowtrawler They think this second hole will go closer to the core . No mention of depth. Of course it could be even larger than Solgold thought. | ![]() mknight
19/10/2020 07:45 | Would they have reached the core at 273m if target depths or previous drill depths have been at 750-900m? I would not have thought so | ![]() jarega85
19/10/2020 07:36 | Strange that they haven't explicitly said they've struck the core. The second hole was designed to go through the core. Have they or haven't they? Is the core at further depth? | ![]() lowtrawler
19/10/2020 07:28 | Or upping the price so takeout is not so cheap . | ![]() mknight
