27/6/2015 20:09 | According to that teller of truths the Daily Mail said last year - The pop-up consists of around 30 adjoining compact rooms Read more: | yesrupnel
26/6/2015 17:31 | I know but how many new rooms do we actually have. There is such a lack of info. | angus17
26/6/2015 16:24 | Soldout at £1995 each room - enough for two people. Includes breakfast! | yesrupnel
26/6/2015 16:10 | i wonder how many rooms we had at Glastonbury. I guess not that many if they are using the new stock of rooms. Sold out anyway. | angus17
23/6/2015 16:25 | This is an oddity, all the sells just get mopped up, so who is collecting them, and what are their intentions? | lefrene
23/6/2015 11:42 | blimey hasn't been this inactive ever. Please ZZZ directors try and excite the market. The web site suggests all sorts happening out there but where is the market interest. Hello there please respond to us shareholders out here. | angus17
12/6/2015 07:49 | Another late holdings RNS, Kestral now up to 15% and seem to be adding aggressively. Not much interest here but that could be a mistake by retail investors, the free float is gradually being taken out, downside risk is limited but upside could be 100%+ from current levels as ZZZ progresses towards profitability. A MBO would make perfect sense right now IMO. | observer007
09/6/2015 15:53 | Observer. I am not very familiar with the hotel sector - do you know any hotel groups with the funds and / or appetite for such an acquisition? Must admit this is a distinct possibility. | norbert colon
09/6/2015 15:28 | ZZZ has never historically made a significant pre AGM statement so why should they now? More interesting is that Mellon have added 1.5m shares recently and now hold 14%, further I believe the 250k trades are also going to them, we will see. Slowly the free float is being reduced and I believe that management could be looking at a MBO just as the company is expected to move into growth/profit next year. Another possibility is an outright bid from a major hotel group. Exposure from the on-going event season will also bring welcome corporate interest to ZZZ. I think the shares are well worth a punt at current levels, have added recently. | observer007
09/6/2015 14:27 | what I am a little concerned about is the fact that there was no upbeat statement ahead of the AGM. Companies usually take the AGM as an opportunity to give the market a snippet or two. Just wonder if there simply isn't any and that trading is not that good | angus17
09/6/2015 12:27 | Where do all those 250k trades come from, and why do they not move the price, even on quiet days? | lefrene
09/6/2015 08:27 | Buyers nibbling away, this moves quickly, it spiked to 16p last year from current levels | observer007
09/6/2015 07:13 | why no AGM runs it was yesterday according to their website | angus17
09/6/2015 07:05 | Late RNS shows that Mellon have increased their stake to 14% being buyers of 1.5m shares at current levels. Now only 30% of the company (60m shares) are available on market. The rest held by a handful of major investors. With event season in full swing and historically bookings have been excellent there should be a re-rate in the stock. Still think a bid is likely. | observer007
08/6/2015 10:36 | Obs - yes noted and I agree with you - its interesting how different companies announce information to the market (or not) and we can only guess as to why they didn't on this occasion. I think ZZZ is a very interesting little company (albeit speculative) and a bid / takeover can never be ruled out. We all just need to be patient - a very underrated investment strategy! | norbert colon
08/6/2015 10:22 | NC Some companies RNS the most trivial of matters, surely winning 'one of ther most prestigious design awards in the world' warrants a market update. Perhaps they don't want a higher share price, just perhaps there will be a MBO or bid from a wealthy consortium linked to the motor racing business - David Coultard (director at ZZZ) contacts etc Nothing on the Mears Group contracts either, we were told more news would be relayed, months later nothing! Bring on the bid I say!! | observer007
08/6/2015 10:15 | Observer - noted although they have been active on Twitter and social media about this. No real reason to do a RNS although as investors it is always welcomed. | norbert colon
08/6/2015 10:06 | True to form ZZZ fails to advise the market that they have won a Golbal Design Award. I would not be too surprised to see a bid for ZZZ, quite a few large trades are going through on the QT, events season will bring more exposure to the brand. SNOOZEBOX WINS GLOBAL DESIGN AWARD FOR ITS NEW PORTABLE HOTEL ROOM The Good Design Awards are one of the longest standing and most prestigious design awards in the world, promoting excellence in design and innovation since 1958. Snoozebox and tangerine were therefore thrilled that the new portable hotel rooms, which launched this summer at events, music festivals & sporting occasions across the UK and Europe, won not only a Good Design Award® for the Interior Design category, but also received wider acclaim, as the overall Architectural Design winner. “Snoozebox is about bringing an innovative new concept to the hotel and events market. Putting our guests right at the heart of the action delivers the ultimate event experience. It has taken leadership in design and innovative thinking to execute on the concept and we are very proud that our new portable hotel rooms have received global recognition from Good Design,” says Lorcán Ó Murchú, CEO of Snoozebox. For tangerine, Snoozebox represents the latest success in the agency’s mission to deliver ground-breaking innovation and design that makes consumers happy and businesses profitable. Matt Round, tangerine’s Creative Director who led the project says, “We have worked closely with Snoozebox to create a sophisticated and extraordinarily flexible room, which now positions Snoozebox with the opportunity to lead in their market with this new product.” Success for Snoozebox and tangerine came from thinking big, whilst scaling small- applying attention to detail, without losing sight of the overall consumer experience. | observer007
