I appreciate that investing on the AIM has its risks... nothing's guaranteed and one must be prepared to lose, however, what really upsets me is...that should nothing develop and at the end of about twelve years they decide to throw the towel in....not only have they made a good living out of failure, probably paid their mortgages off, etc.....but they walk away with a good pension as well, having produced nothing.

You're right Capt.
The Board should give EVERY investor proper updates and not just a chosen few. Its easy to see why situations like this can arise.

However, If the likes of Sherlock didn't post snippets of positivity we would have sweet FA to go on because no one at Sirius towers gets back to us.
If they do, they give idiots like Aventador some company line spiel because they know he'll lap it up and spread it on here like the clap.

Regardless of the outcome here, its a total utter disgrace how the board have treated us over the years. I'll be taking my money and no thank you card.

Thanks for the update SherlOck Certainly over the last year and more it's been good to read your take on matters, as well as from Antenna and others.Amongst a sea of negativity, crudity , misinformation and the downright nutty that has so often characterised this thread your posts and others have been a shining beacon of hope.

Bumhammer I don’t agree it was never my intention to bully anyone I thought it was a reasoned observation. The fact remains it’s inappropriate for the BOD to use such a tawdry method of information flow. It detracts all responsibly from them on to Sherl0ck hence he gets the brunt of it when it doesn’t pan out. But that’s his choice.

I agree Sherlock, and, QPR, 40 days is plenty of time, I think, for release of an AD, wait 21 days, if necessary for an EGM and then relist.
And, additional thought, the fact that oil is now over $63 will help to oil the money machine as it makes any project much more financially bankable. Might even make for a re drawing of the terms?

No, I reiterated the Q1 plan, first highlighted in the accounts.
I’ve been wrong on a number of key things over the years including 1) timing 2) timing 3) timing 4) timing 5) timing. I’m sure there’s been other things, but timing has been the main one.

But I maintain we’ll get over the line and I have no qualms in stating so (and ‘putting’; my money where my mouth is). I don’t see anyone who harped on about our demise last year or who threatened to initiate court action and FCA investigations apologising for the stress they likely caused, so I hope my alternate views did provide some balance.

As always, anyone can ignore me, make their own enquiries and draw their own conclusions. In fact I highly recommend it.

With Q1 ending in just 40 days time, I think we would have heard something by now. A lot needs to happen very quickly and quickly doesn't appear in an African dictionary.

The Directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the period up to February 2022.These assume that the Group completes on the Proposed Transaction discussed in the Chairman’s statement, and that the Company relists on AIM in Q1 2021. However there is no certainty that the Group will complete on the Proposed Transaction and relist.

Sherl0ck nothing personal but my main grievance is historically you plant a seed or start a rumour and to date not one of them has come to fruition.

This is cruel it raises expectations unnecessarily and just as quickly deflates the moral and it’s a continuous cycle.

You obviously have a connection with the BOD to enable you to post such sensitive information but you’d be better off by not personally commenting and use your obvious influence to encourage the BOD to do their duty instead. I would ask what’s the point of the company having and I presume paying for a public relations officer what exactly does he do except read from a scripted story line to each enquiry ?

To continue in this vain without any success only plays into the Scam theorist hands and based on the company’s track record it’s a justifiable accusation.

Finally It was you who personally brought the Q1 relist to our attention and I hope it does happen to maintain your credibility.

You can’t re list a delisted stock so you would all lose your bets
