Vat I’ve never said it’s a failure quite the opposite I’ve always said it’s been a total success but sadly not for us.

These guys have raised $68 mil yet achieved absolutely nothing whilst living like rock stars for over a decade.

But ones things for sure if they only come back with the ATOG deal on the table I think opinions will change.

As several posters have pointed out on here from time to time, if this was a scam or a total failure, it would have vanished down the plug-hole years ago. The fact that it still survives must be a positive indicator!

Well that's what I believe anyway!

Rod99 I totally agree it is hypocritical but in my defence I had some disposable cash at the time and the rumour/hype in my home town of Burnley was rife at the time. I got involved through a family member.

I don’t hold any grudge as I could have made a nice profit but chose to hold.

I thought this was a scam from day one and to be honest the companies done nothing to disprove my opinion and I’m sorry to be a continual pain.

But the reality is (1) I’ve mentally written this money off (2) If I pulled my money out now and I saw my friends and family out celebrating next week I’d hang myself. That’s how it gets you.

But I do apologise to everyone on here for my continuous negativity but to be fair the BOD have to take some responsibility for that negativity and suspicions.

deadly/Adventador: things have to happen before they are in a position to list or re-list. First they have to nail down some business such as ATOG and/or the mystery Nigerian asset, so that they can produce a prospectus (AD) that has got some meat in it. Until they have got to that stage, they don't have anything to put into an Admission Document.

It's all about lining up the right ducks in the right order, and at the moment none of us have any idea where the ducks are.

I just hope that the BoD know where the ducks are.

Capt, why not hedge your bets, if you are convinced it's not going to happen sell half. I'd hate to see anyone miss out on a payday. I just feel that to criticise the board constantly without selling up when you can is a bit hypocritical.

Capt, I honestly can't understand why if you've got 4 million shares and think the board are conmen why you wouldn't take £44k and run.
For the record I don't think you should, but you must be much wealthier than me to just let 44k dissappear when you have the opportunity to sell them now.

still hoping brons and a few of us's theory of the takeout is the end result here, radio silence to the very end?? if that is not the case there is nothing what so ever surely stopping this lot from putting one update on the webpage to say "aim listing re application has started" how would updating that wording on the website effect any sensitive ongoing discussions??

I noticed that HT, and I have to say I am sceptical. In my view (FWIW) that is not a valid statement. I cannot believe that they can claim "Fist Oil" until they actually own a % of ATOG i.e. until they have paid the first instalment.

Signing a subscription agreement doesn't give them part ownership.

I did notice in the Results that Sirius have claimed the start date of their ten year share option period, activated by 'First Hydrocarbons to surface' from the 6th of November 2020, the day they signed the ATOG Agreement.

Vat you do know that ATOG is incestuously linked to Sirus so why would you wholeheartedly trust them ?

It’s a paragraph on a web page who reads it, who cares, how many people does ATOG employ what’s their credentials, proven track record ?

Was it the power or force that was hot to go! Even had a update to say had began making way to ororo for q1 drill! Then got a update at start of June saying they have had problems communication wise with cosl ;)

As we have experienced in the past. Websites have a habit of not updating for a long time after events should have happened. Remember the video of the Adriatic ?

If it's any consolation, I see that the ATOG web site is still telling us that Sirius intends to acquire up to 40% of ATOG. Presumably that is still "live" otherwise it would surely have been deleted by now.
