Totally agree Bron and Dr r, all the evidence is now pointing to the finance being the main driver, just a case of once everything is linked up if we are going to relist then under what discription will Sirius be relisting as? Will it be under the guise of a finance provider for oil projects or are we setting it all up for a takeout??

Matpatson Petroleum is an indigenous oil services Co. which offers some technical support. They may be able to raise $40k in finance, but not $40m the figure quoted by both Moni Pulo and Sirius. Is Sirius backing these osp outfits?

Deadly .what else could it be but money. Our record as a potential producer has come to nought.Who would trust Sirius to develop given their track record.

Sherl0ck might we be in some way involved in the funding of operations on oml 114. As Dr r and Bron have said are we just the financial brains behind these assets??

So if we are linked to all these large assets why are we hoping to relist on Aim.?why not the main market.

could it be possible the trident rig sitting on oml 114 is waiting for any possible deal being signed off here before it starts work on the next phase?? looks like what ever its been doing for over 100 days is complete and when i have checked it recently it does not appear to have any support ships going to it daily like it did during the 100 days it was in action

Says so in the November update..

Intention to seek a listing on AIM
In addition, the Company has commenced the process for the proposed admission of the Company’s ordinary shares on London’s AIM market in 2021. We will update shareholders on this process in due course.

“the NPV of our Tunisia assets has an asymmetric relationship with the prevailing oil price under which Sirius will benefit more from higher prices and have an improved downside protection in periods of lower prices” (AR p.3)

Brent was $38 when the ATOG deal was announced (6/11/20). It’s now >50% higher.

With all this positivity around the potential assets why relist on Aim?

Bit of a coincidence that the break clause is going to kick in at the exact moment of relist. Perhaps Oldco is going to step aside for NewCo to move in.

LEASE ACCOUNTING.

In calculating the lease asset and liability in respect of the lease for the London office, management has assumed that the group will take advantage of the break clause in the lease, and therefore the lease has been considered to be a three year lease rather than the full potential five years.

Oil now #58.40, #60 on its way? Great timing for us, esp if our deals were signed a few weeks ago with oils circa #45-50😊
