Shareholders that dictate what is announced will be contained within the largest shareholders list that interestingly is not included in the last set of accounts.So I doubt anything posted on this thread htrocka would have any bearing on what the company announces.

Maybe the concern of the shareholders posting on this thread may induce them to issue an update?...(it's not a lot to ask)...we live in hope.

Yes SIB I realise that they don't have to make an announcement, and neither does ATOG, but as they both went to the trouble to announce the deal in the first place, and give the expected date for the first payment, I'm just assuming that they would also take the trouble to tell us when the first payment actually goes through.

No confirmation either way Vat. A listed entity would have had to make a statement if it hadn't been paid. Srsp don't. Therefore you can't assume either way I reckon.

HT: It's not just SRSP's say-so that we have to go on, it is also stated on ATOG's web site, and as you say the initial 20% was expected to take place by the end of last year. As there has been no confirmation either by SRSP or by ATOG, I can only assume that the first payment of 20% hasn't happened yet.

The share price has gone from circa 0.38 to circa 1.1 on absolutely minimum trades so it's fairly obvious to me anything goes on jp where the share price is concerned.If sirius was listed normal trading would mean it's a possibility that an entity could build a stake.Given the dreadful progress this company is perceived to have made I doubt there would be a shortage of sellers.Trading on a listing is far easier than trading on a matched platform.Trading on a listing has the complication of market makers muddying the waters whereas on a matched trading platform it's a simple matching of trades and less of the market maker nonsense.If someone wanted some shares at 2p they would match with a seller at 2p.Sp would then look to have had a 100% rise which may fool people into thinking some good news is coming as the share price would be.2p.match trading platforms are not there for shareholders in my view and more for a possible agenda.in my view of course.

It would be appreciated if they confirmed that the 20% ownership of ATOG, that was proposed to have been signed off by the end of 2020 and advertised as such, has in fact been completed. With no acknowledgement we only have SRSP's previous MO to go on, ......Completion of a promise can hardly be construed as 'news'.(people buy shares on these promises......and nothing happens.)

Interested to know how that works Bron. You don't have to buy or sell your shares through JPJ, they are just a matchmaker service so hard, if not impossible for them or others associated to control anything.eg, I could buy Mr X's SRSP stake, say 10% at 5p either through JPJ or speak to Mr X about it.Absolutely nothing anyone can do, we are free to do exactly what we want with our shares, whatever quantity, whatever price, so long as their are two parties who want to do something.I'm lost as to how the JPJ facility could help the % ages or the sp, and to what end? But willing to learn?!

Jp jenkins is a great way of keeping percentages in check and controlling the share price All part of the plan being enacted.

Why would we get any info about what's happening from the JPJ site?It's a matched bargain trading site, that's it.Any further info will surely come from SRSP via their web site and/or email release.JPJ may subsequently put news on their web site but you're barking up the wrong tree if you expect anything newsworthy to emanate from that direction. Of course further trading would be welcome as it may well be indicative of something happening, but that will be the extent of it. imo
