I’d be pleasantly surprised if there’s a ‘pull the rabbit out the hat’ announcement tomorrow. I doubt it though. I met Antenna a few years ago and I’m sure he had good intentions when he made his August prediction. Things may well have since changed/slipped.... they typically always do in the O&G world, especially considering the recent market upheaval we’ve witnessed.

I hope there are cruise ships on the horizon but for starters I think we’ll most likely finalise an oil-focused asset or two before coming back to the market. All the talk of an imminent takeover, Dangote, Sirius Funding plc $10bn, ‘whole 1st floor’ of 25 Bury St, doing 241, Equinor etc is well off the mark in my mind.

Sherl0ck - then maybe you should differentiate between what you see as nonsense or not by making more comment on those things pertinent to the Sirius situation. I am sure many on here would welcome your thoughts on the opinions of more focused posters.

Personally, I think there's more chance of 114 or Ororo, rather than 109, because unless the deal has been changed, 109 wasn't a farm-in.

Senior Secured loan notes is really the same as a Loan. No share dilution.

Senior Secured loan Notes acc to Bobo. Such bonds are non-dilutive. They receive interest.
Expect to see them when the Co. relists shortly. Co. raising extra finance for itself, for sure.
Acquisition is rto acc to Class Test. May as well throw in AD/AGM/EGM all together for late-Sept approval.
Onwards to Deal 2, which I suspect is 109, using 100%-owned Tetrarch subsid for entry.
