27/8/2020 21:41 | Sherlock .is the address where they are registered at a coincidence?. Of more interest it's in the public domain that they are circa 7 billion.where is the information stating they are 10 billion? What would sirius need a securitisation vehicle for.? | ![]() bronislav
27/8/2020 21:32 | 1alfi - the accounts mentioned a $15m loan term sheet but was it specified this was finalised and drawn? Bron - the $10bn figure alone is enough to quickly dispel any connection with us as that would be huge even for a super-major. The name & timing are coincidental but everything else is to be expected as Intertrust set up loads of these every year with the same directors, accounting date changes, share capital figures etc. It’s just a collateralised loan obligation and the money is raised for a diverse portfolio of Barclays corporate loans. | ![]() sherl0ck
27/8/2020 21:02 | Once all the little games have been played out by our bod and a few posters on here I have no doubt that there will be some sort of end game. How long that will take is anyone's guess as how long is a peice of string. No doubt next year attenna will be talking summer and cricket again, but hang on in there folks | ![]() deadly nightshade
27/8/2020 20:52 | They said this in 2010 when I first invested at 5p. Be lucky to see 2p back now with all the assets signed shocking. | ![]() aventador
27/8/2020 20:43 | Well said Bron. | ![]() deadly nightshade
27/8/2020 20:42 | Don't worry sonic we will Probably get a news release just before the AGM to say we are 99.9% sure of signing into a producing asset | ![]() deadly nightshade
27/8/2020 20:41 | Sherlock..not one person has categorically proved that those bonds linked to sirius funding and the mysterious sirius finance securitisation vehicle subsidiary are indeed related to sirius petroleum.Equally nobody has categorically proved they are NOT.There are quite a few coincidences that they could be linked. We did set up sirius finance plc a securitisation vehicle which nobody has discussed in a balanced manner on this thread. It could be that because of sensitivity discussion is a no go area which I can accept .but if that is the case why did sirius put the sirius finance plc in the results when they could easily have omitted it something I suspect sirius are experts at. | ![]() bronislav
27/8/2020 20:39 | Eggs and flour at the next AGM then! With a kick in the balls to all shareholders who the bod promised another Q1/Q2/Q3 | 1sonic
27/8/2020 20:38 | Yeh remind me again Aventador how many years ago was it that we were in discussion for farming into assets?? | ![]() deadly nightshade
27/8/2020 20:35 | No cruise ship just a blow up dinghy then lol.As stated previous they said we are close to signing a producing asset and in discussions with further ones. Only then would we relist when the market conditions are better and we have something of value. Not to mention admission doc and all that jazz that will no doubt take months more again... cruise ship maybe spring 2021 is my optimistic prediction. | ![]() aventador
27/8/2020 20:35 | When you read early rns extracts....the frustration is understandable with posters clutching at straws. The extract below reads as if it could have been included into the last results....but it was written 12 years.....and we still don't seem to be any further ahead. About Sirius Petroleum plc (AIM: SRSP) Sirius is currently considering a number of opportunities in the oil and gas sector with particular focus in Nigeria. Whilst discussions have been encouraging, the Company is at a very early stage in its consideration of potential targets. Sirius has an agreement in place with Taglient Oil Nigeria Limited, a Nigerian private company owned and managed by Nigerian nationals who have considerable knowledge and contacts within the Nigerian Oil industry. Under this agreement, Taglient has agreed, among other things, to use all its reasonable efforts to seek out opportunities for Sirius to acquire interests in oil and gas fields in Nigeria. A Nigerian joint-venture company has also been formed and named Sirius Taglient Petro Limited. This local presence is important for the grant of permits and licences to carry out business in Nigeria. | ![]() htrocka2
27/8/2020 20:34 | We have waited 12 years so what's another 12 years?? they are only years, but as a smart man once said the older you get your run out of years to give | ![]() deadly nightshade
27/8/2020 20:32 | Yeah thanks Sherl0ck. You’re posts always make me grounded. | 1sonic
27/8/2020 20:29 | Thanks Sherl0ck. Any thoughts on where the $15 million working capital came from ? | ![]() 1alfi
27/8/2020 20:22 | Sherl0ck, that's the most sensible down-to-earth post I've seen on here for some time! | ![]() vatnabrekk
27/8/2020 20:08 | I’d be pleasantly surprised if there’s a ‘pull the rabbit out the hat’ announcement tomorrow. I doubt it though. I met Antenna a few years ago and I’m sure he had good intentions when he made his August prediction. Things may well have since changed/slipped.... they typically always do in the O&G world, especially considering the recent market upheaval we’ve witnessed. I hope there are cruise ships on the horizon but for starters I think we’ll most likely finalise an oil-focused asset or two before coming back to the market. All the talk of an imminent takeover, Dangote, Sirius Funding plc $10bn, ‘whole 1st floor’ of 25 Bury St, doing 241, Equinor etc is well off the mark in my mind. | ![]() sherl0ck
27/8/2020 19:40 | "Antenna`s failed predictions." A good example of the nonsense. | ![]() qprallan
27/8/2020 19:36 | With the 31st being a Bank Hol, no announcement tomorrow and bang goes the latest in the ever-increasing line of Antenna`s failed predictions. Perhaps cruise ships and cricket in sunny August is the nonsense to which Mr Sherl0ck refers? | ![]() dr rosso
27/8/2020 19:33 | Sherl0ck 27 Aug '20 - 104601 There isn’t half a lot of nonsense written on here.. Tbh mate, I can`t see any difference in the value of this compared to the theme of "get that buttplug out baby and let me fuk u up the ass." Both statements are equally meaningless. | ![]() dr rosso
27/8/2020 19:31 | sherl0ck whats your views on a sunny august we only got tomorrow for news to drop? | ![]() deadly nightshade
27/8/2020 19:01 | Sherl0ck - then maybe you should differentiate between what you see as nonsense or not by making more comment on those things pertinent to the Sirius situation. I am sure many on here would welcome your thoughts on the opinions of more focused posters. | ![]() 1alfi
27/8/2020 18:22 | There isn’t half a lot of nonsense written on here...and I’m not only referring to the mind-numbingly repetitive 5cer/bumhammer love-in. | ![]() sherl0ck
