It would appear that the company "Transworld Oil and Tetra Petroleum Oilfield Services" is a single JV company established for the purpose of carrying out a project in Nigeria:



Bottom of page under Exploration:
"For the Nigeria operations, the company Transworld Oil and Tetra Petroleum Oilfield Services with headquartered in Nederland (Holland) in a joint Venture with Axxis Petroconsultants Limited developed an exploration plan on the coast of Nigeria."

There is no mention of SRSP having involvement in this Joint Venture.

Perhaps this is the Tetra Petroleum Oilfield Services that Iván Alberto Pereira Ramírez was referring to, and not the TPOS that SRSP is involved with:

The vessel currently sitting on Ejulebe is the Offshore Construction Jackup "Lace Bourg" owned by Etopoenergy:


So Dr.Rosso, are you suggesting that the Lacie Bourg is on charter to Sirius 109 which owns 80% of Tetra Petroleum Oilfield Services (TPOS)?

The Ejulebe Ueld comprises some 15 hydrocarbon-bearing horizons, producing oil, associated and non-associated gas (including condensate). The Ueld has produced approximately 14 million barrels (“mmbbls”) since 1998, is currently producing c.250 bopd and has gross remaining 2P reserves of 4.7 mmbbls, according to a competent person’s report prepared by PanTerra Geoconsultants in December 2017 (the “CPR”)

Sirius JV intends to provide petroleum services to Tetrarch and therefore TPOS in relation to the PSC in which Sirius and its operational partners expect to take an active role in providing such services.


Sirius is working on 109 with an international energy firm called Transworld Oil & Gas, based in Houston, Texas. Global assets valued at $37bn.

Let's see how LEK gets on with their funding aspirations....This could give an indication as to the appetite for the sector..(ps...I hope srsp's got something signed up before all the Marginal Field bids are announced so that we don't have to compete with 57 field operators bombarding the financial markets for funds, making all sorts of claims and promises.)

Seems an almighty coincidence to me that Sirius, having drawn down a $10m farm-out fee to go in on 114, seeking a further $40m to develop the block, whilst a recently recruited Contract and Procurement Specialist at Moni Pulo announces that she has successfully pulled off a $40m deal, the Co. itself stating that well optimisation is going ahead on the largest field within that same block. Note that the prolific Abana oil field has a gas cap which has not been exploited yet.

Dr might be onto something...(srsp were only to 'procure' ie, to secure' the $40m)

(familiar terms that come together... SRSP,$40m, Award of, optimisation of 0ml 114.)

Not holding my breath,..but you never know....(some one had enough confidence to lend srsp $15m)
