21/8/2020 11:48 | I'm sure these CEO's all refer to the same manual when issuing news items.....For all we know, Andrea, below, could be talking about ororo. PS....makes you wonder what chance of success ZEN have....when they haven't even got the funds in place?...and only been given two years to produce oil. Andrea Cattaneo, Chief Executive Officer,(ZEN) commented: Further, the near-term production potential of certain assets is expected to facilitate the achievement of financing agreements to support the required acquisition and development costs necessary to restore commercial production from these assets. I look forward with great enthusiasm to further progressing this opportunity.” | htrocka2

21/8/2020 09:32 | I don't think you can read anything into the current MCAP because it is based on the share price which has been stuck in limbo since trading was suspended, and therefore does not reflect the current situation. At the time of suspension there was an air of optimism because we were looking at the possibility of completing the OM 109 project (the RTO) and entering into a new operational phase at some early point. If suspension was to be suddenly lifted today, hypothetically as we currently stand with no further news updates, who knows where the SP/MCAP might settle. Probably not where it was at the time of suspension. | vatnabrekk

20/8/2020 22:23 | Vattnabrek given you agree that Mr Craven knows more than most on here and has to have seen enough to persuade him to commit 10 million albeit in escrow surely his words are more likely to be close to the reality. | bronislav
20/8/2020 22:10 | I think my perception of Sirius is probably fairly similar to most posters on here. I know nothing about why JC said Sirius have world class assets, no idea what he was talking about, but I assume he had his reasons. I'm sure he knows more than I / we know! Regarding his comments about gas, obviously I don't know where he was coming from, but it might be fair to assume that he was talking about gas at Ororo (GP now know this for certain!) and we know that there is gas at OML 114. I believe that it is very likely that Sirius is more interested in gas assets than in oil assets, in the long run. Most wells produce both, albeit in greater or lesser proportions. But I'm afraid I'm not one of those who believe that Sirius has been busy spending $millions on infrastructure. For me, that's a bridge too far, but each to his/her own. | vatnabrekk |
