Hes only been here 5 mins ramping it up, drill was supposed to be March then April now looking like may then be June then be Xmas again, it's not good enough why give a date or period and let it slip every bloody time.

ileeman how long have you been invested here? some folk have done nearly a 10 stretch here so its understandable they are asking questions. as for the rig date i actually think it does matter, why say april drilling if that might not be the case then the rig should have been moving back end of march for a likely april drill. lets just hope that may drilling will now be happening

April or May doesnt make much difference.

People are trying to nit pick at anything but end of the day SRSP have never announced a rig mobilized RNS before, so board must be very confident it is going to happen soon.

I can understand why people are so negative but I think we are that cusp and not hard to put 2 and 2 together.

No telling if or when this rig will show hence price dwindling.Going by previous track records could be anytime between now and 2040.

Dr rosso i can't see drilling in april now surely by the time the rig gets there and set up we are already a nearly a third of the way through april. in my opinion if the rigs not moving in the next 10 day then we will be hard pushed to be drilling in may. Maybe that TP investor note someone published when it said drilling in the middle of the year was not to far from the truth although i wouldn't hold my breath we might even be drilling then.

Ororo could`ve been drilled late 2013 if it was a standalone project. Drilling scheduled for April 2018 is part of a bigger project altogether. Rig must move this week if they are to meet the promised April spud deadline.

You’re obviously comfortable with the current situation as you keep on buying so no one can say you’re not putting your money where your mouth is. I can’t help the nagging doubt that something still doesn’t quite add up here. It could easily be remedied with a bit of PR on the website saying the rig’s arriving on x date just to keep those of us happy who are concerned about actually putting a drill into the seabed and extracting something.

Unknowingly, or otherwise, you probably do a better job at company PR than they do and help provide some balance to those of us that are thoroughly fed up with this whole investment. I sincerely hope you become very wealthy.

26.2 - Frustrated? I’ve been invested almost 6 years now and didn’t for one minute imagine being sat here in 2018 with the share price under a penny. But this is balanced against some positive things that I also didn’t anticipate when I started buying.

I believe there’s ample clues that good things are in store for investors, hence I’ll only become frustrated if it looks like the bigger picture opportunity has gone off the rails.

As such, I’m not overly concerned about the current share price or minor fluctuations and I don’t plan to sell until we see much greater company value... which won’t be based solely on Ororo.

I don’t bother tracking rig/hlv movements and I view Ororo as an initial part of a much bigger picture and a means to an end, hence if we do indeed need to drill..... we’ll drill.

Everything takes longer in Nigeria, which is probably compounded further when you’re working with multiple international partners and trying to do something complex and innovative.

So if I do have to wait longer to realise an anticipated return on my investment, then so be it. I’m perhaps fortunate that I don’t need the money straightaway. All that really matters to me is eventually seeing significant shareholder value. As far as I’m concerned the share price until then is largely irrelevant.

I appreciate my views will be completely at odds with many here, but you asked the question.

Ah well we've got some frustration of our chests just have to be positive a new weeks about to begin anything can happen and we all know it's just a waiting game hopefully not much longer.

I agree SL. Far too much emphasis being put on the ISA allowance. I don't believe for one second that CSOL, SRSP Directors etc. are holding up the rig and the whole drilling process here just to make a few £thousands on their ISAs!

ISA was never going to be a starter and hadn’t been for years £20k is too small and well ignored by directors. So forget ISA as part of the plan it’s rubbish
