25/8/2017 07:48 | Surely the AD is an edited version of the Del Sigma AD with some additions. Why would that take so long? You'd only want to make it seem complicated and drag it out if you are a lawyer or accountant. | 6cer
25/8/2017 07:47 | My thoughts also | thedoogster
25/8/2017 07:32 | Agree Bron ADs are not simple documents | solarno lopez
25/8/2017 07:25 | Suspension could be a month or more imho. | bronislav
25/8/2017 00:08 | I beg to differ, 1sonic. We do get it, my friend. That is why we are here. | drrichard
24/8/2017 22:34 | Srsp hold the cards! You lot don't get it. | 1sonic
24/8/2017 22:20 | My guess is that BP will try to avoid getting directly involved in operations in Nigeria if they possibly can. It would be much easier for them if they can get as much of the products that they would want through off-take agreements rather than having to manage an operation with all of the complications and heart-ache that that can involve. | vatnabrekk
24/8/2017 21:37 | Depends, I guess, ht, if BP are ready to play for real in Nigeria, again, or want to continue do it by proxy with SRSP? If we have a special relationship with Ondo, for example, BP might just be happy to take the endless 500,00O aliquots we can supply as we develop "our offshore development strategy" | drrichard
24/8/2017 19:34 | Wiserthanyou is a brain donor - pre or post op? | openfield68
24/8/2017 19:28 | drr. With a lot of Nigerian Government cash now 'sloshing' around for smaller oil/gas projects...may tempt SRSP to expand other projects independently of the BP/Ororo deal. We have no idea of BP's ultimate agenda, however,I think it's safe to say it's not for a few barrels of Ororo oil. SRSP may decide to expand alongside yet independently of BP on other projects with cheap Nigerian Government cash becoming available. Due to the DD, BP are well aware of all SRSP' assets and its possibilities, ie double digit farm-ins to a couple of billion barrel oil fields to name but two and interpret this as a 'David and Goliath' scenario developing knowing full well that once srsp start this snow ball rolling it'll get bigger and bigger....hence BP may nip it in the bud in a pre-emptive strike, before its allowed to get out of hand.....with an offer they can't refuse. | htrocka2
24/8/2017 17:57 | Good spot, as usual, ht. what with vendor finance, BP and the possibility of either Chinese or local funding, we could have all our ducks in a row now. As Deltaman said, a happy place to be. | drrichard
24/8/2017 15:28 | "wiserthanyou is a brain donor." I feel like I've ended up with it. | qprallan
24/8/2017 14:36 | May be of interest | kwizza
24/8/2017 13:24 | wiserthanyou is a brain donor. | 6cer
24/8/2017 12:59 | wiserthan...which one are you going with.. make your mind up. 'You know this wont come back...' 'And if it does come back...' ps...what part of 'Temporary Suspension' are you having problems with? Here's a website you might be interested in..."www.Pharmacy2U | htrocka2
24/8/2017 12:47 | I doubt HAVOC will exercise their warrants until details of the 'further assets' have been revealed. (Havoc website) 'The TAC will initially focus on the drilling of the Ororo field, located in OML95, offshore Nigeria. In addition, Havoc will advise Sirius on the technical aspects of the acquisition and development of further assets' | htrocka2
24/8/2017 12:35 | Can't think why Havoc would take up their warrants if the shares re-listed at 2-2.5p, there have 100m @ 2p and they run till August 2018. I would assume they will take them up when they are ready to sell, thus never having to fork out the £2m. No driving force at 2-2.5p, would be lovely if they did but just can't see it. | astralvision
24/8/2017 12:33 | No one here really gives a toss what you think WTU. | rugbybloke
24/8/2017 12:24 | And if it does come back then the share issue at 1p or under will kill it dead | wiserthanyou
24/8/2017 12:23 | Wiserthanyou #plonker | openfield68
24/8/2017 12:17 | I'll remind you in 6 months. Enjoy | wiserthanyou
24/8/2017 12:16 | You know this wont come back and you have lost your lot? #mugs | wiserthanyou
24/8/2017 11:23 | Wonder if Havok will take up their Warrants too? | bumhammer
24/8/2017 11:18 | 2p - 2.5p share price on relist is my guess based on the cpr reserves and $10 mill from BP. Could be higher dependent on the location of the rig and whether we have commenced drilling or not. | 1alfi |
