Can't think why Havoc would take up their warrants if the shares re-listed at 2-2.5p, there have 100m @ 2p and they run till August 2018. I would assume they will take them up when they are ready to sell, thus never having to fork out the £2m. No driving force at 2-2.5p, would be lovely if they did but just can't see it.

And if it does come back then the share issue at 1p or under will kill it dead

2p - 2.5p share price on relist is my guess based on the cpr reserves and $10 mill from BP. Could be higher dependent on the location of the rig and whether we have commenced drilling or not.

Yep, looking at that RNs, this could go bonkers on readmission with those blocks.

San Leon valued at £160m largely based on their 10% in a Nigerian offshore producing block

Bobo at 2014 agm refers on more than one occasion to both Glencore and Vitol approaching Sirius to do an offtake deal, attracted by the blocks.

I think we know Carr that there will be a dilution with a circulation of between 3.5 and 4 billion. The million dollar question is could SRSP ever get to a market capital of 400 million.

But until there a revelations we must all speculate.

Carr, its nod a bad place to be at the moment.

The other Sirius (LSE:SRSP)

To deal with Sirius Petroleum (SRSP) first, it had been showing - from our perspective - early signals of something important happening. Then, suddenly, trade in their shares ceased pending some sort of announcement.

It results in the situation where we can now speculate on what is required to make the share useful as a longer-term punt or even as a near term trade.

When "they" pressed the pause button on Sirius, it was trading around 1.12p and, in the event of it resuming trade priced above 1.37, we're showing coming growth toward 2p as a viable ambition.

But if "they" opt to relist it above 2p, the game changes as movement toward 2.6 is hoped, perhaps even 3.5p. And, should some miracle take the share above 3.5p, we'd require to give the tea leaves a damned good shake and run the numbers again.

Of course, "they" could opt do the nasty on traders by relisting, then immediately diluting the number of shares in circulation. Only if this drove the price below the red line on the chart below (currently 0.92p) would we be seriously alarmed.

The only reason for bringing this up has been behaviour from a few other companies over the years who sometimes appear less concerned at their share price than we'd prefer.

Looks like first gas flowed in March, so around 4-5 months to come on stream, although they have 18 wells and had to put gas pipelines in
Gives an indication of first HC to commercial start times in this area
