Under the Agreement, Sirius can request that BP provides pre-payment finance for either or both of the first two cargos of crude oil, each for up to US$10 million, scheduled to be lifted in 500,000 barrel parcels or more. The prepayment facility will be conditional upon the Ororo field achieving certain daily production levels, which are lower than the flow rates previously achieved by Chevron on Ororo 1, which have been underpinned by the recent Competent Persons Report ("CPR").

Today’s RNS
…the first two cargos of crude oil, each for up to US$10 million, scheduled to be lifted in 500,000 barrel parcels or more.
CPR Sept 2015
Oil will be lifted to a barge, where it will be treated and exported by a shuttle
Presume we will use, in effect an FPSO, to hold the treated product and then bundle it for BP.
Our patterns Tidewater/T1 Marine are to provide service vehicles for the project (RNS 13/04/17) , so I assume it fall to them to provide the barge/FPSO

Revolving effectively means, pay off one portion and that portion is replenished to borrow against i.e. you will always have $10m
