It all depends on how much they retain for themselves after contractual obligations.....but you can safely say that anything over the CPR estimate of $50 a barrel....is money in the bank.(it's over $52 at the moment)




You never know, we may be having BP shareholders buying into srsp.

Morning Vatna. Re cash flow by Christmas, I don't really know. Bobo posited this in his first Vox talk and that was not long ago. Since then the rig and BPhave taken centre stage. Have we been delayed? Is it all part of the master plan? We shall see before too long.

Good week ,some positive share price movement ,its good that it is moving without news..Its hard to figure out the sirius plan ,I did think we would be suspended before news as one would like to think that the enormity of the news would create a disorderly market,another scenario is the 2p level that would trigger the warrents .How attractive the days of 0.25 p now look and what an opportunity it was to fill our boots.

So drr, when Bobo said that, when was he expecting drilling to start? May/June? So would I be right to assume that he expects SRSP to be cashflow positive around 6 months or so after the start of drilling?

So if drilling starts in September, presumably we could expect SRSP to be cashflow positive around March 2018?

That, ht, might be why our BoD were piqued re the BP leak. Lots of people expecting fees to be drawn from our hydrocarbons. I hope there is a lot so that they can all be paid and that we have plenty. Bobo said he expected SRSP to be cash flow positive by year-end, suggesting that his sums suggest that their is sufficient.

1. Discussions with BP are ongoing and there can be no certainty that Sirius will reach agreement regarding the proposed offtake and prepayment.
The other phrase is,
2. Discussions With BP, and other parties, regarding financing are ongoing

Sounds to me like BP are talking about more than offtake and prepayment.

But why not write it like this:-

Sounds like an offtake agreement is a foregone conclusion and it is simply a Q of who to go with.
