We might be waiting for an rns but the Bod and BP might be waiting for this...ie, more clarification with regards to the legal status of the upstream market and Licences within the PIGB.....you never know, this may have been a contributing factor that could have contained some nasty unforeseen surprises that were holding up the talks. However, in my opinion, the decks are now cleared and ready for action....and probably what yesterday's meeting may have been about.
