xerot I won't repeat ad infinitum the reasons that I support the company's strategy, suffice to say that I find myself in pretty good company when you consider who has signed definitive contracts this past year. 300% share price growth in the last 12 months also shows we're back on the right track. Not my problem or concern if you can't recognise the positives and struggle to even fathom how BP might add value.

I'm the paper boy who bought £26 of shares last week, saw that SRSP were in talks with Bristol Petroleum (BP).

Anyone recommend a company that actually looks like it's going to turn a profit this century? As I get paid for my round this Friday :)

Seems the stripey trousers brigade have held the share price between 120-135 for a week. Seems odd to me.Seems the plant pots thought it was a pump and dump and are in a muddle, and can't understand why it keeps bouncing. My belief, for what it's worth, is that the COSLPower has been en route for some time, and is just waiting around a corner somewhere not very far away, so that when the consortium members settle their bickering and give the green light, the rig will suddenly appear from it's hiding place and arrive on location within a couple of days.

Why does Sherlock defend these people like he is connected to them? Seems odd. Why has he always got their back despite many failing, always singing their praises. I remember I had the same sort of thing with Bron and he was dead against taking the negative view, now he has come around a bit more to the fact this lot have failed to deliver. How much longer before Sherlock changes his tune to be more like bron, I.E wanting answers and no longer being happy just waiting. Seems a strange mindset never to question the failures so far. If it really is oil production us lot are absolutely knackered because it will simply take too long. They take 10 weeks to order a pencil how the hell are they gonna organise a drill?

I too would rather drill that fanny about with bp. What can they add that Bobo and the Puppet Master can't ? Maybe shareholder value? Rising Share Price, instead we get more lies from men in stripey trousers. When this is gone forever they'll be no more tears.

It's not invalid drrich the price dropped from 6p to 0.2p it's very valid and they deserve to get flack for the pain and stress it's caused.
Let's hope they now get it from 1p to 10p as some sort of compensation.

I don't know about all this New Testament stuff, preferring to rely on our BoD to deliver. I understand poster's irritation and frustration and bringing the serial failures into the light, time and again.

But, look at the last eight months RNS stream. Nothing like this has been achieved before, so comparing where we are now with anything previous is invalid.

Nothing has been announced or indeed "leaked" to suggest we are on the brink of failing to deliver. Give the guys a chance

Plant pots and all orchestrated sellersDo not think the last weeks sudden rise and price fixation is not strange? What does it tell you?You'd be off you flippin nipples to be selling into this if my suspicions are correct. Seems to bounce quite sharply back to a certain level each time you sell into it. Hmmmmm good luck though.

End of the day I still am sure of a positive outcome I just don't like it when we get told we are gonna see funding and oil etc and then when we don't we get no answers how can you invest on that basis when you have no timescales and the ones they tell you fail to materialise time and time again.
Hopefully bp or whoever it is signs the deal this re rates us back to nearer 2p and we may see oil in the autumn or at least a rig on site or some more progress than we have now and yes the chart shows an uptrend so let's hope it continues I'd just like some more news to back it up not speculation.
