21/7/2017 09:29 | If I was schlumberger I would not want to be a consortium partner ,I would want to be partnered with the chinese, schlumberger knows better than anyone what lies beneath the niger delta .BP Add and Cosl also wanting in .Either way the chinese are likely involved. If you are investing a potential 80billion in nigeria as are rumoured the chinese then ondo,s assets has to be on the shopping list.I have suspected for a while that it out of our boards hands and controlled from nigeria, kind of confirmed by quid for cash in his post.More shares to come yet in my view probably around the penny mark.Once we have confirmation of an EGM all will be sorted,AGM is looking unlikely in my view as any news now worth its salt will be too revealing...infrastr IF they cannot come to a decision it would make sense for the federal government to step in and apply some pressure . | ![]() bronislav

21/7/2017 09:08 | Why are shlumberger not drilling ororo ? Could it be that cosl and add energy were not chosen by sirius but were the choice of a potential purchaser of sirius's assets and could it be that it is the potential purchaser that is causing delays to progress. Hence tying sirius's hands regarding any updates. | ![]() 1alfi

21/7/2017 08:56 | round the negotiating table the teams are playing chicken with each other to see who will blink first. And why you ask, because the stakes are so high no one wants to miss the last penny especially the Nigerians | ![]() solarno lopez

21/7/2017 00:07 | Taken from DR R's post.. "Sirius Petroleum holds a 40% working interest in the Ororo Field Licence in Nigeria." Taken from CPR. With five missed drilling dates I don't believe what I read in rns's any more. Both Owena and Guarantee will probably object to the 40% 0roro sale in view of the non fulfilment/complianc To push this boat out a bit further....SRSP could offer BP 20% of Ororo, so that the four partners have about the same share, BP completes the drilling operation and SRSP have a 'Free Carry'.....and no funding required. | ![]() htrocka2

20/7/2017 21:40 | Avent you love smart price pants and primark beans, literally scratching around for a few quid to buy meself a pork pie as srsp spent all the money on an invisble drill. Name the rig but no spud dates? Why would a serious company do that, they would issue all the details if they were drilling not a name of a random rig. Who writes these flaming rns they are so bad it's laughable, child's play. | xerot
20/7/2017 21:36 | Yep years of horrible dilution and now stuck in a drawn out 1p limbo can't sell as 50%+ down can't buy as don't trust a word that comes out from any of them, just stuck living a life of poverty no holiday abroad, no new car, no fine food just constant stress smart price beans Primark underpants and a holiday in jaywick again. | ![]() aventador

20/7/2017 21:15 | I still say follow the money, ask yourselves is this your average pi investor punting these millions of shares every day for the past few months, block buying/selling 1 million / 500,000 amounts??? the price is holding up very well considering lack of news flow and for every seller there has to be a buyer. this share volume wise is being traded everyday as if the market is expecting news. i would be more worried if the trading volumes was 250,000 a day, but the other day we hit over 100 million!!! wouldn't surprise me to see a bums rush tomorrow even a bit of news if we are lucky and we are all back in positive mode for the weekend | ![]() deadly nightshade

20/7/2017 21:10 | Quite possible that Sirius could simply offload its $4.6m worth of offshore licences. At a price to be agreed. Sell for 100x what it paid. It would leave them as a cash super rich investing shell free to acquire a string of distressed Delta o&g assets. Let the big boys deal with the multi-billion dollar campaign. Start the process all over again. Er... count me out. | ![]() dr rosso

20/7/2017 21:04 | "Sirius Petroleum holds a 40% working interest in the Ororo Field Licence in Nigeria." Taken from CPR. Can it sell this intangible asset? Yes, it can, subject to FGN approval. eg 10 July, 2017 North E&P to sell 40% working interest in PL 805 to Lundin Norway | ![]() dr rosso |
