Imo

Consortium thrashing out the new joa entity that will sign a psc to take things forward into drilling/production. Let`s hope Sirius final task was to get BP to sign the offtake deal. Then take no further part in proceedings. Hope they have legally secured their part of the exit strategy. $4.6m of intangible assets as per Accounts tells me that Sirius holds the field licences, without which the current partners can do nothing.

The 3 Cove Ds each took a £50m cash payoff when PTT took the Moz gas assets. I suspect the same thing will happen here. Whether it`ll be a legit above the table golden handshake is anyone`s guess. We can but hope that all shareholders will be treated equally, not some kind of dodgy deal whereby a few get £2 and the rest get 2p.

It's wishy washy along with everything else to date speculation and talks like the blocks nothing signed and sealed hence we at 1p still a fifth of its original price after ten years.Hopefully if the bp deal is signed then it's an end to rnss which have no real use dates or which leave us with more questions than answers.Preferably one big RNS sale job done pay us our money and we never have to think about this again except for how we spend our long awaited profits.

Do we know why QFC's post was deleted?
Good work from Dr.Richard replicating it here.

Bradshaw, he didn't sound like he was despairing.
It's just 20 days after H1 we still float around in a void of no updates.

I wouldn't call any RNS that tells us BP have signed up and are putting money on the table wishy-washy! What better validation can we possibly have for our asset pipeline and huge potential than successfully passing a supermajor's massively arduous due diligence?

I think Q4C is one of the most knowledgable posters regarding this share and I thought he sounded like he's had enough now just like the rest of us. He sounded like a man in despair - let's hope this ends well.

...I think that is the case, as he is not a happy bunny and sent "a message" to LSE's admin ;-)

Personal message to LSE ADMIN

Gagging is a crude and in this instance wholly erroneous action by you and I
cant continue to support your forum.
A sham of a site springs to mind."

vatnabrekk... that's still my conclusion. Should the talks culminate into a complete take-over by BP, how on earth are you going to go from 1p to 15p, a 1,400% rise without a suspension, through the issue of a single rns ?...On the other hand, suppose the BoD release a 'wishy washy' rns merely stating that 'BP have agreed a $5m in exchange for an oil off-take'?(end of rns)

So have we all gone off the idea of Suspension / RTO now? Is that now dead?

My gut feel is no more than 3p eventually. l just can't see 15p. It,s never that easy!

"Agent Sirius to receive anything between £100m and £600m for job completed"

DrRosso - Rather a broad estimate equating to <3p to 15p fully diluted? Normally you only talk of the higher figure so what's changed your views to now consider such a potential low-ball price too?

"Cash generative in H2".

Strange...... the company never uses that expression , as if it's not their concern.

from the rns
'We have made significant progress over the past year to ensure the Company has all the necessary skills and resources to develop its pipeline of assets.'

The way the sentence has been structured could also apply to a third party. ...and suggests an administrator or a collator as opposed to a contractor.

If this rig has been designated and in limbo, ie, not allowed to be contracted elsewhere while under contract to SRSP, surely there must be costs accruing against it?
