Lol I know all about Ponzi schemes won't touch em.Tbf as they said at the agm a lot is covered up and they can't tell us for price sensitive reasons they said once the admission doc is out everything will be in the open, that was nearly six months ago.. Where is it, and yes as for the share price you can't really predict it I would love it to be 15p plus reality is right now I'd take my 2.5p and cash back.If they only have ororo as they state then what are they not telling us.More questions than answers with this lot best we can hope for is production later this year cash generative will see us back at a few pence I would hope at least if they actually pull it off.

Why does everyone mention amounts of 15p 20p and 25p when the numbers could be 8p 12p 18p or 30p .....answer cos no one has a clue !!

I think the delays have been while they've prepped up the significant blocks etc ororo a stalling tactic just hope it's a quick take over get my money and run 15p plus will do.A production and then slow progress towards further assets will be painful after nearly ten years already as you won't see a quick profit and won't know when to sell or how much longer to wait for real value to come out I'd rather get my money back sharpish with some profit and forget all about the dreadful aim market.

For the orchestrators here has never been any concerns, they knew all along that the pipeline of assets would attract the necessary level of technical expertise and once that was in place alonside havocs field developmet plan plus hawkins costings the finance wouldnt be a problem.Nothing else neede to develop assets .Keep diluting as low as possible, maintain percentages ,build up a huge bank of shares...The rest follows
If I was one of those orchestrators ,I would ensure I would get the best deal possible for my bank of shares,a pipeline orf assets in need of development to satisfy the huge demand for gas going forward, technical ability from some of the worlds best and a huge pot of cash to develop.a cash cow that keeps on growing for years to come.

Vendor funding in place by COSL, SLB, ADD
Fourth partner, probably not needed, hinted at by management in Dec but not completed yet. Can't see that stopping COSL as the untested upside on Ororo is clear let alone the past zones that flowed oil.
CPR is on their website and its detailed, cannot be more detailed until the untested oil formations are tested with drilling.
Jack-up rig to be selected after seabed survey.
Drilling will occur about 6-8 weeks after Rig mob imo.
No real need to suspend the share price, market is fully aware of the Ororo field at this stage.
Big move in the share price will occur when COSL start turning that drill into several cluster wells on Ororo to test the multiple oil zones.
Market still oblivious to the upside or doubters that COSL will ship the rig. But doubters and hesitation always creates opportunity.
They're not going to be in production before June, but could well be in H2 (unless the rig is on its way and they've not bothered to tell the market.

Ed.

Bsg,

That payment is due on commencement of drilling, upon commencement of appraisal drilling the share price could quite well be higher. Its a partially tested discovery by Chevron, lots of upside for multi lateral cluster wells to get a material increase in reserves and production potential when all known oil formations are tested. Vendor funding by COSL, SLB and ADD and a tiny market cap.

Regards,
Ed.

No ad doc no funding no fourth partner no detailed cpr no dates or info on rigs no timescales for drilling no RTO no suspension No big movement in share price No real volumeand as the doc says we are supposed to believe production in June which is like 8+ weeks away.Either there's a hell of a lot of RNSs about to come out in a record amount of time or the take over theory grows, either that or more delays. We hope the next few weeks see massive volume stacks of RNSs and a rapidly climbing share price the reality is probably quite what we are used to here by now forever waiting for something.. Anything to happen Heres hoping.

You really do have to question what possible use the current board have in the future day to day running of an oil company? Of the 4 directors of which, strangely only 3 are listed on the website, none are oil men. The only people involved on a day to day basis in getting the black stuff out the ground are acting purely as consultants. Would it not have made sense to bring someone like Lyon on to the board if the end game was drilling? I have been hoping for the last 3 years for a straight sale. Everything on the face of it however points to us becoming an oil company. Maybe a straight sale could still be on the cards.. Certainly would remove the timing risk of cashing out. For me a quick return would be the preferred option. Not sure I could stand another 3+ years here..

Doubt it, if there is a placing, it will be at a discount, always is.

1p placing looking likely. Sp is being marched up to that point. Would mean 100m issue if they intend to pay off D accruals at drilling commencement. Cuts the ISA bag down to just 2m.

"Multiple options on their choice of Partner 4."

A month away from drilling and No.4 still not selected? Does anyone actually believe this guff that is tossed out?

The "competitive process" to secure the first 3 vendor proposals. Also pure bolox as all 3 were signed up. Likewise there is no competitive process for No. 4, rather that there are multiple partners in on a consortium which has put together LTF required for bringing bigger non-Ororo assets into play.

The other oddity is that major decisions are being taken yet the BoD is woefully weak, lacking any kind of O&G production experience. That means it must be Havoc TAC indep team running field ops. It brings into question what role Sirius has to play once its 2 procurement tasks have been completed ie securing technical expertise and funding. Maybe it has no further role to pla. No PSC in sight, no AD.
Points to t/o either of the Projects' asset package, or the Co itself.

I think Corvus sold there stake to OPEC back in 2015. It's been planned perfectly. Expect $100 a barrel as we enter production end of April

What take out price would you guesstimate pipeline? Anythings possible with this lot they've done everything possible to avoid drilling and drag it out and with only two months to go we are in the dark still makes sense if a Chinese takeway is on the cards, gourmet takeaway or Asda value meal which will it be...

If you owned half the company and transferred your shares to off shore tax havens, you'd save yourself about 250m in tax, that's what's happening now. When Bobo gets the green light from the Chinese insiders we will be good to go bum. Purposely planned to drag the share price down from 9p so the Chinese could accumulate and save tax, 8 year plan is finally in motion once the bed in isas get sorted. Top wok!! Free money
