Until then they are keeping all the info inside until the right time they choose to announce it.

sonic the mms did not even want shares earlier when i done a dummy sell so how can a buy order be filled like some have claimed if they dont want any shares?? i cant understand how the share price with all this news is only a fraction higher then it was around xmas with next to no news. even these twitter lot are working overtime and its having no effect on price. very strange

I can just imagine 1sonic's call to the FCA....

"I don't care if you're inundated with disgruntled CTAG shareholders who've potentially lost everything, just look at the amount of shares that have been traded in Sirius over the past few weeks and yet still there's no price increase. It's frankly just not on. It's not cricket and I'd like you to investigate it asap.......... no not the potash company, Sirius Petroleum............ well yes I suppose there could be an equilibrium of buys and sells, or there could transfers, I don't know. Looks like there are some big buy orders in the system. MMs need shares and the proven way of getting them is to dip the share price Bradders doing his bit by chucking in a nonsense piece of nothing-doing-for-months negative sentiment.

Given the fact that, over the last 10 years, the BoD has been stuffed with a mix of noteworthy financial consultants, it comes as a bit of a surprise that, other than raising a few bob for licences and keep-the-lights-on capital, the Co. has on the face of it managed to stump up precisely zippo in its alleged quest to get into O&G production. What the fuk have they all been doing?

There are no delays. The schedule has been mapped out carefully since Dec 2015, with known partners, assets and timescale.

Dec 16 - "Following the execution of the agreement with Schlumberger, the Company is now in advanced discussions to finalise the participation of the last member...."

Whilst at first glance it does seem unlikely as you'd imagine partner 4 has been here behind the scenes for a while now, but a competitive situation for the P4 slot perhaps isn't completely beyond the realms of all possibility.

Sign up the critically important drilling/operational side of the equation and let the customers slug it out to secure the hydrocarbons and complete the supply chain. Set a strict near future date for BAFO and you still have ample time to make the appropriate announcements and drill in H1.

Purely speculative of course but it's probably useful to retain an open mind. Supposed 'delays' may be far from the truth, and may actually be in our favour.
