17/3/2017 22:50 | Talking about warrants, In the 08/03/2016 rns they stated that they had 392m warrants/options still exercisable . Since the AGM, 266.6m, 3.333m AND the outstanding warrants from the 1.7bn authorised at the AGM...leaves barely 1bn shares....(and the warrant/options shares are, as yet, not 'fully paid'.) | htrocka2
17/3/2017 19:43 | 14m warrants | pipelinepete

17/3/2017 18:57 | Dr Rosso - 22 Feb 2017 - 23:11:57 - 61127 of 62191 Following the issue of the Subscription Shares, the Company will have 2,528,029,522 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Ok, so let's look back at the previous rns in Jan. "on, or around, 31 January 2017. Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 2,272,029,523 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in issue." 2,272,029,523 Add 266,666,666 Add 3,333,333 New total 2,542,029,522 However, "Following the issue of the Subscription Shares, the Company will have 2,528,029,522", in which case only 250m shares have been added. If we just take into account the 266,666,666, the new total would be 2,538,029,522 (still 10m out, and why aren't the 3,333,333 counted in?) Office junior needs to go get himself a calculator that works. | dr rosso

17/3/2017 14:03 | April 16 2016 RNS Deltaman, does not preclude both option I guess The potential to exploit gas in addition to the oil revenue has generated interest from international oil and gas companies to secure and purchase such gas in the form of Compressed Natural Gas (“CNG”) and Natural Gas Liquids (“NGLs”) | drrichard
17/3/2017 13:49 | Why do you say that Drrichard. Im guessing its about SRSP tapping in | deltaman2
17/3/2017 13:46 | Thought I'd find out about how offshore drilling works. This video is pretty easy to follow and helped me understand better the process | bumhammer
17/3/2017 13:43 | I take it that Chevron are not bothered about our CNG then Deltaman? | drrichard
17/3/2017 13:36 | Chevron have been constructing the Sonam Field Development since 2015 and expect the first production in 2017. Sonam is OML 91 which surprise surprise is a stones throw away from OML 95. Sonam will process 215MCF of gas through the EGP (Escravos Gas Plant)and 30,000 barells per day of crude. I guess we know now what the wait has been about. | deltaman2

17/3/2017 12:09 | The question about, will there be oil by June and the answer is YES on my timescales | solarno lopez
17/3/2017 12:06 | So are you suggesting we kick off in early April or have I totally misread that? | bumhammer
17/3/2017 12:04 | Dr depends on what you mean fast track. Fast track can mean rushing the paper work through or drilling the well. A number of factors need taking into account to drill a well quickly (fast track)for one are the drillers using vertical or directional drilling for instance. It should be possible to drill the well on Ororo within 15 to 30 days. Once the drillers start they will more than likely be working 24 hours a day 7 days a week until finished. It will then be necessary, once drilling has been completed, for the completion crew to prepare the well for production and that can take up to 30 days Hope that helps to work out time scales | solarno lopez
17/3/2017 11:58 | Best Case - 20-30 days to ship the rig, 1-2 days to position and 15 + days to drill the well. Add in a few days for supplies and what not, lets say 2 months to hit TD on a lateral well if the rig ships today for example. Assuming a ready stacked rig and team/supplies are ready for arrival in Nigeria. | minichris |
