Aventador - I think the acceleration of action & share price may come sooner than some suspect. Big consortium partners are clearly not here for a long drawn out process following the initial drill. 'Fleet of available COSL rigs' & 'potential for multiple assets once Ororo is up and running' are big clues that we're very busy lining up stuff.

Let the seller(s) disembark and then start producing the flow of RNSs. Positive PR helps speed up this process as higher volume days allow MMs to drop in more sells at what appears to be a circa 0.75p floor. Might be wrong but it's just how I see it.

Just listened to some of it will listen later yes it's all good and things sound to be heading in right direction anyone who bought in under a penny or sub 0.5p is going to do very well as for ppl with higher averages I think it could be a longer wait to see decent profits which would require further asset revelations.Good thing is they still on target for h1.Good times ahead at long long last finally.. we hope.

I'm all for substantial news and RNS stuff, but least the podcast confirmed we are all on track, that ain't a bad second prize and I was happy to hear that. Would have been no great surprise if oil had 'slipped' to H2, so that is a relief.

Agree x1000 sounds like all the same stuff we heard at the agm proof will come with some rns confirmation and first oil asap. And a share price over 2 pence just for a start or break even for some.

Sherlock....any news or imfo is welcome but for me it didnt exctly set the world alight..Oil and gas in h1 is welcome confirmation but if they wanted the share price up we both know there is lots could be rns,d .a spud date and some details about rig and what that rig is targetting etc..After all this time invested here anything that gives some clarity is a relief..
The worst is behind us but have they really spent all these years getting to where we are today .
Sitting back and waiting ..

interesting, Dr R, re assets, would love to see the pipeline of assets in any AD, but given SRSP's propensity for minimal disclosure and the other factor, which could well be the other assets are not yet 'secured', then it would be no surprise (least to me) if any Ad Doc failed to detail the other 'assets' as they weren't yet SRSP's....
Maybe they could get away with brief mention along the lines of possibility for further assets subject to blah blah blah....
Time will tell, and ,let's face it, in the scheme of things SRSP this is all sounding relatively near term....I hope.

Nice to get confirmation that Sirius will be a producer in H1 and that this is not just about a marginal oil field. That means there HAS to be an Ad Doc and it HAS to include the pipeline of assets. For whose benefit was that podcast, I wonder?

I think the podcast was just about as positive as it could be without the benefit of a RNS
Plenty of hints that the 4th partner should be announced soon.

Re further assets, the quote was '....the potential for multiple assets to be secured once first field up and running'

That would tend to indicate we won't hear about further assets until Ororo is up and running?.......

Very encouraging to hear all on track for H1, good news.

sherlock i will hold my hands up i was getting inpatient. i was just thinking if this is as big as we all hope it will be was bobo just preparing the market for what is about to hit. one thing i learnt years ago from betting on horses and that is its more about what someone does not say to as much as what they do say. when smart horse trainers were interviewed you had to read between the lines and a lot of what bobo was saying in the podcast sounded like a little sweetner to what really behind the scenes. example is other assets and other interest companys plus the close link to the powers that be the government who support there own nigerian oil companys rather then outsiders. sounds very interesting could be a rns soon by the sounds of it

A couple of comments on the pod cast....I liked it. the 'deferred payment model is replicated to ALL partners' (most unusual for Schlumberger) and talked of 10,300bopde...they've already got that at the current TD but propose to go 200m deeper...and about to move to a Production Company.....'Yes' we knew this but nice to get it re-iterated by the 'horses mouth'. It's looking and sounding good.
