In the 1970's, former England international Peter Thompson wore a certain numbered shirt for Bolton Wanderers.
Link the shirt number to three numbers combined which are very topical elsewhere today for huge block reasons.....and there's your answer. Please DYOFR.

As you were guys, best of luck to you all.

If i am working this out correctly the high end of the CPR equates to a profit $7.6/boe. If we can achieve this high end, plus another approx 65million boe from those deeper sands then we should achieve a valuation in the region of $490.5 million or £400 mill which at 4billion shares would equal 10p/share.
And that is not including value of flowing oil or additional assets.

Personally I think that Ororo has shed loads in them deeper sands and that is what has attracted the 'big' names.

Openfield - congratulations on joining us. You've probably timed it right like a fruit machine ready to jackpot itself everywhere.
Investing in something you've not researched is a bit odd though don't you think?

Adven, The wait is excruciatingly painful but keep your eyes on the prize. Deal with facts, not assumptions of prices etc

Thank you Sherl0ck
I have read a few of the rns's, not all, and I did listen to the podcast which I didn't really think was that revelatory.
I'm interested in what I've invested in and just trying to understand a little more. All I can glean is that many promises have been made and few have been fulfilled, but I'm no oil man.
So wait I will, the money is spent.

It's a fair comment BH I'm just tired n just blowing off some steam this has caused me genuine long term stress every ones situ is different I didn't expect to sit on a hefty significant loss for nearly a decade at great inconvenience that's for sure, when your told every year it's going to happen then doesn't it gets to breaking point.

Ok things are lining up finally but they are taking it to the line again before missing yet another self imposed deadline.

Imo They need far more than just ororo to see a big share price they keep hinting at all these blocks pipelines etc but when questioned they say no we only have ororo, if it's taken 8+ years to get zero oil from that how long will future bigger more complicated blocks take.

Rant over.

openfield68 rather than listen to any anonymous posters (me included!). Look back at the last 12 months of RNSs and listen to Bobo's recent podcast. It's pretty much been clearly laid out.

For all of us I fully appreciate it's hard to do it sometimes, but you really do have to ignore the current share price and ask yourself the following: Why has a consortium of world-class, global O&G companies signed up to partner with tiny AIM-listed Sirius? Why are they prepared to defer much of their costs? What does this tell us about the potential pipeline of assets? How many other penny share companies have been in a similar boat before? What sort of value could this ascribe to Sirius? And even with 4bn shares in issue, what would be the implications on the share price?

Rewards will come.

Robbed: take property unlawfully from (a person or place) by force or threat of force.

Adven, Saying you've been robbed is just silly and unjust.
You have placed your money down in an attempt to have it multiplied many times over.
It was your choice, so the blame lays squarely at your feet, no one else.

Surely you are clued up enough to realize that your investment can go down as well as up?

I can only assume not one single person involved with this company is enjoying the delays and seemingly never ending wait, but just because rumored RNS's (that no doubt come from your circles) don't materialize on the day, doesn't mean you have to start acting like an investing noobie .

You've heard what's coming and one day you'll be very grateful to the guys who are making this happen.
Chill.

Projections till June 2016? Directors 'believe' the Group has enough cash to meet its liabilities? Expensive loans with Calvert being paid off. Hardly solid is it? Let's hope Aventador's statement of an 80p share price proves true as then this time next year we will be millionaires. Now where have I heard that before.

The company confirmed in the 30/06/2015 report that the 'going concern' status was (then) based on the Calvet Convertible Loan draw down.

The report in full.

GOING CONCERN
The Directors have prepared cash flow projections through to 30 June 2016. These projections only take account of the on-going management costs of the Group, and the clearance of all payables outstanding at the date of this report. The payment of accrued directors' remuneration and certain of the Directors' remuneration payable in respect of the current year has been excluded as the Directors have agreed to defer payment until such time as funds are available. The projections also do not assume any oil extraction or income from oil trading nor do they assume any acquisitions take place or that any additional assessment of the prospective resources is undertaken over and above that authorised as at the date of this report.
On 5 May 2015, the Company signed a convertible loan facility with Calvet which provides up to GBP1.5 million ($2.4 million) of funding for general working capital. The Company has drawn down GBP200,000 to date in respect of the Calvet Facility. As the Company has secured a further loan of GBP100,000 from a different third party, they have agreed that the Calvet Facility would be reduced by GBP100,000. On the basis that the remaining GBP1.2 million of this facility is drawn in full, the cash flow projections indicate that the Group has sufficient headroom to meet its working capital requirements.
On the basis of the assumptions above and following a detailed review by the Directors of the Group's cash flow forecast, the Directors believe that the Group has sufficient cash resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date that the financial statements are signed. Consequently, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

Re: 62115. Yes terms were crazy but at the time Calvet may have had the upper hand in negotiations to help us simply keep the lights on. Many small companies go bust despite still holding stakes in potentially very lucrative assets.

I also think there's a big difference between someone being offered £0.5m for just relinquishing certain rights or having to put £630k on the table to secure shares, even though the latter could eventually be more lucrative. I know a couple of very hnw individuals and a lot of their money is tied up in business ventures, properties, shares and other assets etc. Liquidity can sometimes be more highly valued.

ref Sherl10ck..

'Perhaps MMs, particularly our own house broker, hold a positive view on the near term direction of Sirius and are encouraged by two recent oversubscribed placings. In which case a big sell order is carefully transacted against buying pressure (thus they are simply facilitating a transfer from seller to buyers), whilst in the background, they're still happy to take shares knowing there is/will be a market for them.'

Interesting point Sher10ck....especially as I seem to get the sense that the buys and sells are closely matched. The Broker/Nomad were responsible for raising the cash via the share issue, hence they seem to be carefull not to drop the offer price below the last batch of shares issued....being 0.75p hence not to give the 'over-subscribers' an advantage to those that bought via the issue through whom they raised the £2m. My bet is that it's the 'over-subscribers' are soaking up the sells.
