6cer - because neither the FCA nor the AIM regulators have any interest whatsoever in protecting private investors.

Does Coco the Clown realise how stupid he sounds by repeating the same "get Ororo into production asap" mantra since Sept 2012? 4 years of banging the same hollow drum. When this hapless buffoon gets wheeled out for an interview, nobody seems to challenge him on the fact that there's no production in sight. Formed 8 years ago this month, and there's more oil in my car engine than this lot have come up with.

Opp was there to bung out the last of the authorised shares (125m) to insiders at 0.3p. Not taken.
Without doubt there'll be a new authorised batch for allotment but I'd say any new equity issues will be from Newco and going out at not less than 2p, the new share price platform for the Co. moving into drilling and production.

3bn shares fully diluted @ 2p market price gives valuation of £60m based on Ororo starting production at 5k boepd. Sounds about right. Hold for a lot more to come.

Take a look at NGC's gas price estimates...ie, $3 per 1000 scf of gas.

Now take a look at Schlumberger's Ororo gas estimates....

resources-estimate-for-its-ororo-field/

let's keep to round numbers...300 bn scf recoverable (as estimated by Schlumberger)...at $3 per 1000 scf...apologies if my maths is wrong, but I make that close to $1bn ($900m to be precise)....and that's just for Ororo gas. (which happens to be about some where around twice the oil valuation)

Potential backers, although waiting for the CPR to be 'finalised' as Bobo puts it...must, nevertheless be aware of Schlumberger's 'Independent Assessment'.(which in my view, with regards to gas volumetrics is better than the Rockflow estimates) I'm also convinced that the rising price of oil must be a factor in favour of commitment by the 'Project Financiers'. Let's hope we get some form of committal and fire the starting gun before the price rises too high.

Congrats to the girls hockey team...a fantastic match.

With regards to 'buying until judgement day'....The company have said that cash projections have been made through to Sept 2017....so, hopefully that just leaves cash for the field construction/development. If this involves some form of J/V, which is possible, then common sense would suggest that any deals that includes SRSP issuing more shares to a potential partner would be to the company's advantage to jack the share price as high as possible prior to signing so as to give the company a higher valuation hence dish out less shares. I think all those currently involved with this company have their boots filled now....and it's time for the share price to start it's climb north....which I believe began soon after the last batch of 'cheap' shares went out.

Well give yourself a big pat on the back why don't you them0se - aren't you the lucky one being able to average down - maybe some of the other posters can't afford to do this and have bought at a massive premium to today's price but yes why don't we all hope it drops and drops so we can all buy more - are you having a bloody laugh - let it go UP to what I bought in at years ago - maybe 4-5p. Yep - have a good weekend
