An official announcement would certainly give credence to how big SRSP could eventually become, considering Transocean work with the likes of Shell, BP and Chevron. The potential was 60k bopd three years ago, so certainly seems there's sizeable resources to attract big players.

Schlumberger Ltd., Paris, has agreed to spin off its offshore contract drilling unit, Sedco Forex Offshore, in order to unite it with Transocean Offshore Inc., Houston. The merger will create the world`s largest offshore drilling company, to be called Transocean Sedco Forex.

Srsp Pet are mentioned twice in that podcast. Doc Holiday seemed really confident, timed at 1.42. 'Sirius Pet, this is a company that people have been speculating on for some time, I've talked about the potential partner, it's been muted around the city for quite a long time now, they need to get this bloody home, it's Transocean. For those of you that perhaps have been wondering what or who the speculated partner is, it's Transocean. Whether that deal comes to pass remains to be seen, the market is just about ready now to hear about financing and who its potential partners will be moving forward, it's no good dragging your knuckles for ever and a day, the market is desperate to know and it's about time, the noise being muted around the city starts to surface'.

Mentioned again at 6.33. 'Sirius Pet, the rumours been circulating the city for the last couple of months, there's no point in me sitting on it any longer, the company that it is supposedly, allegedly JV'ing with is Transocean, that's the word in the city. The company now need to deliver, they've been dragging their knuckles long enough, people want to hear it, there's retailers out there that have been sort of getting whipped up with the excitement of what may come. The rumour in the city are Transocean. The company are going to get the finance in under their belt, they're going to get a deal with Transocean and the future is rosy. The longer it drags on the less likely it is to happen. I think the company owe it to investors to do a better job'.

Sirius definitely had the biggest airing.

He's going to have a lot of egg on his face if he's wrong.

Doc Holiday has a very a good hit rate; seemingly off the back of strong relationships with various brokers within the City. Having gone through Twitter myself the current clues surrounding one of the 'potential' funding partners are that it begins with the letter 'T' and ends with the letter 'N'.

The confirmation that srsp acknowledges Owena to be a 100% Ondo State vehicle is the first news 'release' I've heard since the debacle went to court on October 9th 2014.The fact that no news emanated from the outcome was amazing as the story was covered by nearly twenty publications in Africa. This implied that reporting restrictions were applied. Also interesting were the claims that mis-appropriation of funds and assets had taken place yet no one ended up going to jail, being fined or sacked from office. In the end, the dispute seems to have been a disagreement between the Ondo State Governor (Dr Mimimko) and the Ondo State Commissioner regarding the legal status of State property......which seems to have been resolved.(It appears the Commissioner won) In short...the sale of all State property MUST be approved by Federal Authority (a minor detail that the Governor over looked)





(Although it seems that Dr Mimiko failed in his attempt to take control of Owena Oil and Gas, it doesn't detract from the fact that he tried to sell 40% of the company to SRSP).

On arrival of AD, we should see a rerate to 2p. Prob several million going out to placees at the new price. With all those 2p warrants in place, the msg is clear to all those who will settled in. The Co. is now an O&G producer. So get producing and you'll share in the profits as the share price rises accordingly.

So what's holding up the AD-CPR-AGM?

Bobo salary continues to accrue at the rate of $200k p.a. Whilst he might be spending a lot of time on beaches, where's he getting the cash from? Nothing doing from Sirius until oil revenues come in.
