Yep. 30m for the full commitment fee + 20m for the £200k + 20m drawdown fee = 70m issued for receipt of just £200k

Kinda Superwonga, surprised not to see a conversation charge or a secretarial fee.

With another 260m secured by the lender whether the Co. wants it or not.
Total 330m brings in a paltry £1.5m on the most outrageously bad T&C for the Co.


But the big Q is WHY does Calvet/Corvus wish to accumulate this lot, and in advance?

My own personal interpretation of events is that on the 12th of May, Calvert issued themselves the TOTAL 3 years of Commitment shares all in one go, ie 30m shares, (together with drawdown and Commitment fees ie, 70m shares)...yet have only allowed an initial £200,000 to be drawn down....the draw down shares will be issued as each new draw down is made. The commitment shares should have been issued on an annual basis ie, but what we have now is 70m shares issued against a £200k draw down....hence the adjustment in the share price As they have issued the full allocation of shares, the share price should re-balance its self as further draw downs are made.

All fun on this BB, though the main question is how come the price has drifted so much on here? I took a small loss when I dumped em at 3.25p never thought it would be dragging the depths of 0.75p lots of broken/false promises.
People keep on about the secret assets yet every man and his dog know about this from the BB, I think maybe you could be right Thundercat especially your last sentence.

Thats what I like about this thread. share price is under a slight bit of pressure and some people have got millions of these but none the less a sense of humour shines through. Excellent post ADoc.
