With 70m shares, Calvet have a notifiable interest ... I must have missed the RNS

If 5.6% of the company is "worth" £200k, that implies an enterprise valuation of around £3.57m

Which I consider to expensive... ;)

"six years of achieving not a lot"

$6m spent by the Co. backers providing the cash to prove up 2 oil blocks in return for 1bn shares accumulated in lieu of fees.

And now the shares are near worthless, eh? Shame. Move on. A bunch of top class accountants got it wrong, it seems..............

Except with this share, NOTHING is what it seems.

keya - always an opportunity for a trade in anything i grant you and you may well get that here. But my gut feeling along with some gaping holes in their story and some, what i consider to be, outright fabrications still makes me think this is classic AIM, classic Corvus.

Agree 100% Bumpa, six years of achieving not a lot does not fill you with confidence.

Had in mind a trade if it went sub 0.5, tend to get a bounce at some stage through the death throws and that looks a decent starting point, albeit there is still 0.5 to absolute zero from there!

mkt cap is still a bonkers £10m, for absolutely nothing but a shedload of smoke and mirrors, not the kind leading to multi billion $ takeovers, but the kind that lead to certain folk being able to escape out the fire exit unnoticed.

keya - no, you know what i think of the company. On AIM there are unlucky companies, there are companies badly run and then there are the other companies that really don't do what they say on the tin because they were never set up for that in the first place. Since 2009 i've been pretty certain this is one of them.

Bumpa would you have a few below 0.5p, surely at some stage in the companies history they must put out a clear to understand straight forward positive RNS, even the worst companies on AIM have managed the odd one!

a notifiable interest (5.6%) was "given away" for £200,000 in the recent Calvet transaction.

For transparency purposes, you'd hope they would be obliged to RNS any purchases, or disposals they may choose to make?

If 5.6% of the company is "worth" £200k, that implies an enterprise valuation of around £3.57m

Haha I wish I was a paid deramper. I'm here like the rest sat on a big loss having got in too early in hindsight. Try to sit in the dark til I get an RNS alert but it's difficult to read the same old hot air from some people.

"Should see some big buying once we hit rock bottom. Maybe."

The biggest trade today is a buy. Its counterpart block "sells" are not difficult to spot.
Savvy ones taking advantage at 79 are fam/friends, I dare say.

You're right M.Chris..
Same old drips turn up like clockwork. Quite laughable.
You'd think if they had some form of life or common sense they would have got bored of this share yonks ago.. Just the fact they keep coming back makes it obvious there's more to it than that.

Sad

Interesting that the deramp squad turn up at the right time. Did someone open up a short anticipating a drop? Should see some big buying once we hit rock bottom. Maybe.
