The Govt aren't there to bail out Shareholders. Shareholders are hoping thats what will happen.But no white Knight company has stepped in - yet.It's still a risky venture and the Govt knows that if it a viable venture then it will happen but no doubt after SXX has gone into administration and whoever takes over gets it for practically zero.I don't see any other option and no doubt neither does the Govt.

Part of the problem is older companies have juicy pension funds. Buy company raid pension pot to flatter profits pay divi and bonus collapse company 5 yrmeard later having taken 100m's.

Phillip green anyone. But it's a simple pattern. Screw the employees and company.
Even Thomas cook. Full flights Good bookings but billions in debt and 100m in director bonuses.
