30/4/2019 10:02 | I do have one or two, but you would have to PM me !! they are american companies, not in heavy construction business etc. they are in exponential future markets, that very few folk have ever thought about.their revenues have doubled per year recently. it is just catching on recently with the big investing banks and institiutes. ps it is not time share, fracking, mobiles, electric cars or cannabis etc lol. | datait2
30/4/2019 10:01 | shorters dont frequent cheesy stock chatrooms, shorters exist on wall street etc, they would laugh at you if you said to them, do you use ADVFN chatrooms!! be sensible here! they gain by rebuying back in, it is the investors that do the selling all by themselves that cause a share price drop.! and that still doesnt matter, it is "opportunity cost" lost in being tied up in a company that wont see dividends for many many a year.imo | datait2
30/4/2019 10:00 | datait2 - Have you got any share recommendations while we're waiting for the mine to be built? | fruitfly2
30/4/2019 09:54 | dont short any stock in my life Sir, i just feel it inmportant to view different sides and also promote good faster gains in investing techniques and analysing where your money can grow the fastest and the most!! the mine will be build, i can almost be sure of that. But there are better opportuniites out there and also dont lock yourself in. Good investors always know exactly at what point in time to buy a mine in construction shares !! | datait2
30/4/2019 09:52 | IMO sxx will build the mine and maybe not on time tho, and hopefully without construction disasters. my point is simply, the returns folk thought they would get back 3 years ago are not possible now, too many shares. and my other points are there are faster exponentially growing companies out there that can produce exponential gains in share price, and it is always wise to buy into a mine just before production and once all conertible baonds have been exercised. all this talk of will it blue, red, blue, red, today, next week etc, means absolutely nothing important!!! | datait2
30/4/2019 09:46 | Ozz, they sure are, are they short? Noddy day traders thinking they can swing the price of a fairly big company which has had over 4000 trade already today. They seem to think posting on this BB will make any difference whatsoever ever to the share price. | noramping
30/4/2019 09:44 | ppvn , surely it will be wise to invest in better faster growing stocks at mo or perm, then come back to SXX once all the conversion has been done. why lock yourself into a stock , when you can come back at a better time, "opportunity cost" it is know as in investing terms! | datait2
30/4/2019 09:43 | someone is deramping hard here. | ozzmosiz
30/4/2019 09:41 | folk bought into this cos they did not know any better, they just logged on to see what the most chatted stocks were on LSE or ADVFN in one day, one month or whatever. they did little or no due diligence | datait2
30/4/2019 09:40 | Ok so going through the numbers: At 15p this deal results in an additional 4.6 - 4.8bn shares. At 18p it results in 3.1 - 3.2bn more. Both scenarios take into account the reduction in dilution at the previous ratio on the CBs (there were to be a further 793mm from them). I'd previously factored in 7bn shares total so whilst disappointed it's no disaster from my perspective. It'll take a while I'm sure for the CBs to clear but at least now they have got the funding. Edit: just to add, depending on the premium of the CBs and the price of the placing it could vary quite a lot. If they get it away at 18p for example and the CBs are priced at 25% premium (best possible scenario on all fronts) the equity dilution would be 1.7bn shares and the CBs would be 2.2bn, with 793mm fewer to issue from the existing CBs. Will just need to see what the final numbers are and I'll confirm then. Worst case (15p and 20% premium on CBs) gives total of 5.6bn less the 793mm, so total shares in issue would be 9.6bn. Best case 8.7bn (18p and 25% premium). | ppvn
30/4/2019 09:35 | a small but similar type of thinking by the CEO's to a young Netflix/Amazon, will grow far faster than SXX ever will. and produce exponetial gains | datait2
30/4/2019 09:33 | it was 50p when there was a hell of a lot less shares in issue and no one exercised the right to convert convertible bonds, cos they werent around then. plus investors did not think of the risks of dilution or convertible bonds back then!! | datait2
30/4/2019 09:33 | ShoreCap: "the next few weeks represent THE crucial juncture for the company"...securing Stg2 financing "effectively the key to unlocking Sirius's vast potential, andwe expect should catalyse a major re-rating of the shares" | simondunmore
30/4/2019 09:31 | It will be years before you see 50p again. | kirtonender9
30/4/2019 09:31 | to compare market and investors carefull or not ,analysis of company | datait2
30/4/2019 09:30 | Fully funded now. Typical market over reaction early on however the share price will recover and finish up for the day and continue upwards in the days/weeks ahead. Hope you managed to pick up some cheap shares. GLA. | simondunmore

30/4/2019 09:24 | pilkersa, that means nothing, that is just a daily price for the stock. that is in the words of benjamin Graham"mr market" it is not the book value of the company or the enterprise value of it ! what matters is the payback to NAV to number of shares in issue , its true book value to the general public market price and the time that will take!!! | datait2
30/4/2019 09:23 | Oversold to start with. | dorning31187
30/4/2019 09:20 | you wont find the next salesforce, netflix, google, amazon, in a mine in Yorkshire or on ADVFN, sorry but its true !! you will if you understand future trends in fast growing products or businesses that are out there. that need little capital start up costs.!!! companies that exist mostly online have the fastest growth and huge profit margins and little overheads!! | datait2 |
