One thing is for sure, the tunnel from Teesside to Whitby will get built, & hundreds of new jobs will be created.

The secret here is a deal done to production, the biggest most trigger likely to get this stock re-rated haha let's see if the shorters got sqeeky pants in the morning.

One thing is for certain a huge risk hanging over the head of this company for months will be lifted tomorrow

CARLA so I called it right again dilution dilution dilution!
On the plus side it keeps us ordinary shareholders in the game but as for a multi bagger I don’t think so there’s going to be far to many shares in circulation.

I wouldn't worry too much about the share price tomorrow morning. Perhaps measures have already inadvertently been put in place to protect the share price ... eg?:
1. oops, the accidental news leak which removes the surprise or any shock for the morning. Media do it all the time when they say something 'may' happen, which usually means it will happen, it's just a way to lessen the impact.
2. the hint of big institutions taking on the risk. I doubt that would happen with 85,000 credulous shareholders to milk, but perhaps it helps to reduce selling?
So I wouldn't bother losing any sleep personally, share price probably won't move too much (short term) unless the placing price is ridiculously low - Just my opinion though

I'm afraid I expect a red day as all that will be definite will be the placing.

'the share price always goes under the placing price'

the placing price could even be above the current share price Depends on when the forward dumping began - imo

Who knows for tomorrow. If it crashes first thing buy like mad. If it rockets first thing sell like mad and buy back on the eventual pull back. Only way to go

Tomorrow’s RNS sure as hell better include a Walt Disney style story about the main capital package, otherwise expect a panic to the fire exit!

==========

It does......add £2.3 billion to your £1 billion existing MK.

The current mkt cap is just over £1bn and tomorrow they will announced a placing to raise £400m (percentage discount tba). So for the benefit of all the domestic investors out there that means that unless you are prepared to sink another load of money into this and take up your rights you will be left with about 65% of your existing value (subject to % discount of the rights issue). The bigger the discount the less your existing holding will be worth. Since when was a rights issue ever any good for existing shareholders?Tomorrow's RNS sure as hell better include a Walt Disney style story about the main capital package, otherwise expect a panic to the fire exit!
