Reading the RNS it sounds distinctly similar to the way forward for financing that I was suggesting last Summer, and before that, iirc.

My suggestion was get $1b last Summer by rights issue and / or placing with other mining related company, which should be enough to get them past the highest risk part of at least one of the shafts, and should also get them past most of the highest interface risks, after which banks and gov would fall over themselves to provide the rest of the cash. Obviously they would need to progress at least one of the main shafts into the poly seam, both launching shafts for the TBMs down, and at least the first TBM would need to be operating successfully by the time the coffers were running low.

Pity they didn't do it last Summer.

The company wont go bust, they will get the cash, but at the scammm price.


+ the CB holders are covered by the shorts...….this move has been a long time in the planning.

The CB holders will be worried. Think they will want to sell up before the company goes into administration.

This company will be BUST in about 70 days time (start of Q2 according to CF).

The scam is not in the PROJECT BUILD....it is in the finance.....where all the scammmmers make their money.

Stg1 finance was very good for the people who took part in it (note that the existing PIs were excluded).

Stg2 finance was NEVER GOING TO BE LOW INTEREST RATE LOANS.

Now we have Stg2, Stg3 and Stg4 finance...…..the beat goes on, and people are going to make a lot of cash out of this.

Well 11%, I don't get you, do you really think this mine won't get built? Do you relaly think it's all a scam like you have said, maybe all the photos and videos are photoshoped, or just maybe thr world is not as distorted as you belive.

Difficult to get a geel for whether this a positive update.Technically it seems to going to plan which is great news but the references to finance seem wooly and leave me feeling they are someway from a deal.

W5. Facts were referenced to the company’s November investor presentation. Do you have trouble interpreting the graphs? Are you saying the company is lying?

In the new arrangement Sirius expects the first tranche to comprise uncovered debt raised via capital markets, followed by a second from commercial banks and the third in the form of a government guaranteed bond.
