Personally, I don't think they will get the bank finance or the government guarantee for the finance, for various reasons which have nothing to do with the TorP sales agreements.

My bet is on an underwritten very big rights issue without a huge price discount, which would keep them going and wouldn't really damage you shareholders much if you took up your rights. Followed by another convertible issue as requirements become clearer. If all was going well with the construction this convertible issue could be delayed until it became absolutely necessary, thereby reducing the coupon payments and minimising the dilution because the share price for conversion would reflect the success of the construction work. If all was not going well - another probably very dilutive placing.

The City scribblers like this business as there are all sorts of spin offs..trade financing ......and so on plus the government likes the jobs outlook.....dock workers..new equipment and spares and so the list goes on.

JP Morgan are looking for 45p by the end of 2018.........lets see if they are right as they will be involved with the final stage of finance.

Yes, the PI will get screwed.......same as Stg1 finance at 20p for their mates.

There should not be any share dilution. The Stage 2 should be fully debt financed.
There is dilution due from conversion of bond holders over the next few years, but this is pre-existing.
If the worst happened and banks completely backed away from this, the company would be raising several billion through a rights issue, which would clearly impact us...
These new, large purchase agreements really put my mind at ease here, it's becoming more of a simple modelling operations for the project finance teams and the banks now given offtakes are signed and contractor risk has been migrated.

It has strong resistance at 35p, there are not many trade-able shares in main circulation as most are on a "HOLD" with institutions.

The real catalyst is the forward financing and as long as we continue to add forward order contracts that financing will be a given.

People these days are far to impatient, close the laptop and come back in 2021
