11/1/2024 14:29 | Problem with fanfare is the barsteward traders jump aboard and cause havoc with the share price Far better to allow a slow gentle recovery which is what we are seeing. Having a shareholder base of stable long term investors is needed as our pension funds clearly do not support British companies | wheeze
04/1/2024 16:26 | Lots of objection to this scheme , management need to perform and achieve growing this company and producing real profits , then the share price will take of itself . Question is are they up to the task , or are they just another bunch of greedy little porkers. | jotoha2
03/1/2024 16:39 | Looks like a nice deal for all concerned ,15p target should keep everyone smiling , now lets see some action from the insiders. | jotoha2
03/1/2024 16:18 | Simply - Because they can | gepetto100
03/1/2024 15:56 | I wonder why - rhetorical! "Additionally, certain members of SAE's executive senior management have surrendered a total 4,550,000 previously-granted LTIP options with exercise prices ranging from 20p to 50p, which are not being replaced." | skinny
03/1/2024 15:37 | Well that's the Board incentivised then. Let's hope it gets this thing moving | robertspc1
28/12/2023 11:04 | The figures coming out of COP28 are eye catching for this sector. 7000GW vowed by 2030, enough to power the UK 70 times over.According to the International Energy Agency 500 gigawatts of global renewable energy added this yearAnd share prices in renewables are set to triple. Looks as if SAE are set well | gepetto100
27/12/2023 21:53 | Seriously they have very little cash and 45 million of debt. Yes the bond rollover is great but some realism is needed not just wild price hopes. I had expected a bounce to maybe 2p, but still expect a fund raise required in 24 | robertspc1
27/12/2023 21:17 | Please check again , they have cash , and debt is now long term , mega contracts are in the bag , and the GOV is right behind this technology , 20p within 12 months. | jotoha2
27/12/2023 16:32 | Seriously do some research. They have no cash and plenty of debt still. | robertspc1
27/12/2023 14:21 | Skinny- looking good | gepetto100
27/12/2023 14:16 | Not much reaction on the news, seen a few stocks similar, just seem to be a bit flat atm unless they suddenly spike 20-50% then people pile in | dave4545
27/12/2023 14:11 | As it stands, that's a golden cross on the chart. | skinny
27/12/2023 14:06 | Update on Abundance voting Following the announcement on the 5 December 2023, SAE confirms that more than 75% of each class of the Abundance bondholders by value have voted in favour of the requested amendments to the debenture deeds. The amendments to the deeds are therefore implemented with immediate effect. SAE would like to thank all the bondholders for their continued support. | skinny
27/12/2023 14:02 | Nice result , now let the company perform on it's agenda , 12 month target 20p . | jotoha2
27/12/2023 13:57 | Big re-rate coming, mcap less than cash in bank. | puphead
27/12/2023 10:17 | Some finishing touches to agreements likely | gepetto100
27/12/2023 09:16 | The news is going to move the share price massively one way or another- they are obviously looking for a way which benefits their friends in the market? | wheeze
27/12/2023 08:51 | Bemused. They have the votes. It is either very good news or administration. Their advisers must be still eating turkey | robertspc1
22/12/2023 12:07 | Essentially we're following one of the most textbook accumulation phases I've seen in a long time. I've tried to align the schematic with the current SAE chart. Hope this helps. PS: Behind the schematic is my 8.5p target zone. | the imperialist
22/12/2023 11:57 | You're probably right about the bondholders and Turkeys point Imperialist, I had thought that they were conventional bonds as I couldn't find any detailed terms within SAE's ARs, which might have been a different kettle of fish - ie. the "bondholders" might have had first dibs on the company's assets, but I now notice that they actually appear to have bought debentures rather than bonds. Hence they are in Turkey mode I believe! By the way I was not criticising, and find your reliance on technicals interesting, as I've never bothered with them but always been mildly curious. Happy Christmas anyway. | muckshifter
22/12/2023 11:28 | wow 1.63p paid. And nobody wanted it when it was 0.92p offer for weeks | dave4545
22/12/2023 09:59 | I take your point, but I work on technicals alone. My approach, which has served me very well indeed over the last 20 years, is based on everything being factored into the price action. A break of that 3p resistance comes next for SAE, I don't know why, I don't know what the catalyst will be, but I know with a certain degree of certainty that it will. Just out of interest though, isn't a vote against by the bond holders like turkey's voting for Christmas? | the imperialist
22/12/2023 09:44 | It is a vote on acceptance or rejection of SAEs request to extend the life of 3 big "bonds" for about £14m by several years at increased interest rates (10% I think), by the bondholders. Rejection could finish the company off. You perhaps need to keep up with the RNS feed more regularly if you are a holder Imperialist. | muckshifter |
