jotoha22,

"Oh dear jackwang is back spouting his rubbish , should of bought some last time you were here !"

Let me just make a note:

Some bloke called jotoha22 who I've never heard of and who can't read accounts thinks that Simec is a "buy" at 2.25p.

Let's come back and revisit this on a regular basis. Shall we say every three months?

Having first bought @26.25 and several times down to 1.46p - the last in 2021, I now have an average price of 4.12p and had realistically written them off.

I also bought on the back of the tidal element, but now interesting times and who knows - maybe a profit at some future point.

Congrats to any longs who held through the pain! I cut my losses quite a while ago and doubted they would be able to manage their debt load. Still not clear on the long term strategy - essentially I bought in to this one years ago because I liked the tidal business. I think thats still what makes this company interesting but carving out a successful battery development business looks like it has saved the day.

Definitely agree with comments about this being a turn around play. Was previously priced for bankruptcy, now being revalued.

Good luck to all those who have made a good few quid today. To all those, myself included who wondered if we'd ever see any return on our investment at 12p plus, hopefully a change in fortunes and a possible long term future. All the best ?
