22/12/2023 11:28 | wow 1.63p paid. And nobody wanted it when it was 0.92p offer for weeks | dave4545
22/12/2023 09:59 | I take your point, but I work on technicals alone. My approach, which has served me very well indeed over the last 20 years, is based on everything being factored into the price action. A break of that 3p resistance comes next for SAE, I don't know why, I don't know what the catalyst will be, but I know with a certain degree of certainty that it will. Just out of interest though, isn't a vote against by the bond holders like turkey's voting for Christmas? | the imperialist
22/12/2023 09:44 | It is a vote on acceptance or rejection of SAEs request to extend the life of 3 big "bonds" for about £14m by several years at increased interest rates (10% I think), by the bondholders. Rejection could finish the company off. You perhaps need to keep up with the RNS feed more regularly if you are a holder Imperialist. | muckshifter
22/12/2023 09:31 | The chart suggests the outcome is good. | the imperialist
22/12/2023 09:01 | Rare situation this. Vote will determine whether these shares are worth Zero or maybe 1,2 or 3p. The whole future of the company to be determined by the outcome. | robertspc1
21/12/2023 16:41 | They will know by now whether the votes are going to pass or fail. Votes are digital so almost all should be done by now. | robertspc1
19/12/2023 22:31 | So announcement could be any day from tomorrow until the 29th. They will announce asap in my view otherwise risk of leaks and false market etc | robertspc1
19/12/2023 09:55 | Re-rating. | the imperialist
19/12/2023 09:52 | The last RNS was quoting some fantastic figures for BESS and next stage Maygen , if they achieve those targets then turnover should exceed £200m with profits of £40m , share price should reflect this around 30/40p | jotoha2
18/12/2023 15:45 | I believe in charts as much as witchcraft but do expect a big rebound when the Abundance bond rollover gets announced | robertspc1
18/12/2023 12:29 | I think we'll break above 3p (as unlikely as that may seem at the moment), which takes us out of this almost 2 year accumulation zone. We'll settle on the roof of that zone for a few months, and then start to progress higher to reach true value. | the imperialist
18/12/2023 12:26 | Indeed , could be double top , or massive breakout through 3p with ease , time will tell. | jotoha2
18/12/2023 09:05 | The chart suggests something is afoot. | the imperialist
18/12/2023 08:44 | I rather hope they have now got the votes all wrapped up and are completing formalities before announcing tomorrow or Weds. If all gets sorted they will hopefully bring in further equity investment next year | robertspc1
14/12/2023 08:50 | If there are interest rate cuts starting next year, it makes it more likely that the debenture holders will want to lock in the interest rates on offer by SAE. | moonshine1
14/12/2023 08:05 | Two positives re COP28 SAE were thereThe commitment to treble renewals by 2030Augurs well | gepetto100
13/12/2023 17:32 | Certainly looks like it may pop or sink , more positive news please. | jotoha2
13/12/2023 09:19 | Sometimes the best investments are those that recover from near death experience. This company has been in that situation for a while with massive debts v equity. But if the Abundance bond holders do rollover then the Board at least will have time to focus on delivering value from Uskmouth and Meygen. We will know soon enough | robertspc1
11/12/2023 16:22 | Thanks - would be a good indicator if the 75 percent threshold will be reached before 22nd and news flow generated. Merry Christmas | gepetto100
11/12/2023 15:10 | Not this time | robertspc1
11/12/2023 10:03 | Rob - were you party to the webinar discussions at all | gepetto100
11/12/2023 09:25 | Abundance vote closes on Dec 22 but they will hopefully hit the 75 per cent threshold well before that. I would expect a significant relief rally on news of a successful bond rollover. Obviously if the vote fails the shares will crater. | robertspc1
08/12/2023 14:49 | 1.6 next with a fair wind | jotoha2
07/12/2023 12:01 | It should be very interesting Rob - I would expect everything to go to plan re the bond extensions. They sound confident And this unlocks them to fulfil what they plan to do:'The requested changes will allow SAE to unlock significant revenue opportunities through the delivery of multiple utility scale BESS projects, along with further development of its tidal business' | gepetto100 |
