Westinghouse has unveiled designs for the AP300 small modular nuclear reactor (SMR)Each plant will cost about $1bn (£790m) and have a capacity of 300 megawattsHow much could Simec Atlantis achieve with 1billion dollars ? Surely it's time British govt gets behind their green credentials and properly fund tidal energy ? The mor0ns are far more likely to hand a billion to an American company for nuclear power.

The debt has been overhanging the equity for a while. But the Uskmouth BESS deal should pay off some and possibly most of the Debentures if the lease sale goes ahead. In any event Uskmouth is a valuable asset which could be sold to clear the plc debts. Maygen has project debts but is now generating decent cash flow. Obviously a lot of risk but maybe decent upside before an equity issue

When there's masses of CO2 accumulating in the stratosphere, I believe a solution will need to be found for the masses of debt. Everything else is irrelevant.

Market cap of 8.5 million is just beyond ridiculous given the potential of this technology.Onwards and hopefully upwards.

More like a bunch of greedy little snorters , why not kick of the options at 5p , then then if they do achieve it will be nicely rewarded, otherwise it's easy to double up with little effort.

Well at least the Directors have a bit more incentive to get things moving from here. Guess they won't want a big dilutive share issue either. Uskmouth is the short term value catalyst and Maygen the long term potential value

Thanks for the shipping updates. Guess it will take a while to get to site and installed but hopefully news in next couple of weeks. The year extension on the bonds has given them breathing room and four turbines in the water should get the cash flow moving along nicely
