26/10/2022 13:25 | I think imbeciles like Jaknife are failing to factor in the years worth of CFD payments....and of course the prevailing renewable tailwinds. | david gruen
26/10/2022 13:15 | I think it was along the lines of the deal wasn't material enough financially to warrant an RNS , so they've probably sold the Crown Jewels for a quid | noiseboy
26/10/2022 10:32 | Noisebiy - I take it there was nothing forth coming then | gepetto100
26/10/2022 07:50 | A few on the LSE boards have! | noiseboy
25/10/2022 21:17 | Thank you JK | wilc42
25/10/2022 13:03 | Sorry if this has been done - not trawled the board in detail But has anyone asked or challenged the company on the News article | gepetto100
25/10/2022 10:43 | Morning allIf this MBO is correct, news of this magnitude surely need to be reported officially to the markets . No . Otherwise it is just conjecture? Any knowledgeable people out there who could advise please ? | wilc42
25/10/2022 09:07 | wheeze I'd not dismiss JacNife he is usually on the money. But that does not mean SAE will not have another crazy spike because it has 3-4 a year and if spiked 30% in this market the herd would pike in but it's all risky stuff these days buying stocks that need to raise money you could buy at 1.2p now and they could place at 0.5-0.8p the next. | dave4545
25/10/2022 07:01 | Absolute rubbish. Current market cap is under 9 million, not 23 million. You have to wonder what JakNife's agenda is with such a long post. At least truant2b1 is honest about his short position. Good luck with that. | wheeze
24/10/2022 23:15 | I'm not closing my short here until 1p breached. Although administration is on the the cards so could wait for that | truant2tb1
24/10/2022 07:51 | I would like to agree, David Gruen, in fact my finger hovered over the buy button on Friday but I held back. I want to see the terms of the deal. | wheeze
24/10/2022 07:42 | I believe we're going to pleasantly surprised. I welcome the topup opportunity. | david gruen
24/10/2022 07:36 | Where's the RNS ? Shareholders needs to see the terms of this deal. | wheeze
22/10/2022 10:52 | Maygen is not being sold ,they have recently won a major portion of a CFD , so they will continue to generate cash flow from this contract ,what has been sold / given away is the engineering side and that side of the business will continue to have links with SAE , SAE will place the contracts and the new company will have to fund the manufacturing/manage To develop maygen further will require many millions and the new company will be covering all the capital requirement , pretty neat if the sums add up. If the price weakens further then happy to take another few million next week. | jotoha2
22/10/2022 07:14 | I agree, Terminator101. Whilst not an exact parallel, would Rolls Royce get away with gifting their jet engine technology amassed over years to three of their managers ? If they wanted to shift the turbine business, why not look for a buyer elsewhere ? The IP, patents and know how would be worth a few bob. Not surprised, though. The Wild West that is the Aim market, continues to defy norms of stockmarket behaviour. | wheeze
21/10/2022 17:40 | I am more positive jotoha2. Any idea of how much this reduces the cash burn for SAE ? | wheeze |
