More notable trades with 1.8m exchanged early on so interesting but not quite enough to cause that move higher as yet. Should be worth keeping an eye on to see if any more big exchanges happen that could clear sellers - stalemate in a tight range for now.

Completion of Johnston Quarry Group Acquisition

SigmaRoc, is pleased to announce, further to its announcement of 4 January 2022, that it has completed the acquisition of Johnston Quarry Group Limited ('JQG'). JQG is a high-quality producer of construction aggregates, building stone and agricultural lime across eight sites in England. Together with G.D. Harries, a subsidiary of the Company operating six quarries in Wales, JQG will expand SigmaRoc's offering of construction materials and agricultural lime to service customers in England and Wales. The expansion of the Group's product offering and geographical reach will benefit both companies, as well as the Group's Precast Products Group platform.

Last year we had a trading update on the 9th December, with a 4th Feb one following.

So a repeat could be possible I think.

The 2 lots of 50k at 97p earlier today look like sells to me but you can buy below mid price so some of what is shown as a sell is actually a buy - mine included.
