General meeting statement issued. Extract:
The Group's trading has also continued to be in-line with management expectations. SigmaRoc generated revenues of £84.8 million and underlying EBITDA of £15.2 million in the six months to 30 June 2021 (unaudited), representing a like-for-like increase of 13 per cent. and 17 per cent. respectively over the same period in 2020. Nordkalk generated revenues of €144.6 million (approximately £126.5 million) and EBITDA of €36.0 million (approximately £31.3 million), representing an increase of 8 per cent. and 17 per cent. respectively over the same period in 2020. SigmaRoc underlying earnings per share for the six month period ended 30 June 2021 is expected to exceed 2.6 pence.

I quite like these "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" PrimaryBid offers, especially when the business case is so compelling. Managed to snap some up last night sitting in a tapas bar, eating squid and squinting at charts and RNS feeds on the mobile. I'd normally do more due dil but had a very strong gut feel about this one.

My allocation wasn't scaled back - it was modest in size. Very pleased to have been able to top up.
