03/12/2008 15:31 | minty - totally agree, a crying shame, SBE was shaping up to be a good little co. Katsy - totally disagree, "real estate" has a long, long way to fall in places like Russia - particularly half-built towers that require another $2bn from somewhere to finish. And if by some miracle it went up in value, d'you honestly think SBE would see the benefit? | spectoacc

03/12/2008 15:14 | Im intrigued by this along with evryone else. read recently that Russian views on Urals oil price estimates could be in the $40 -$50 /bbl for 2009/2010 and that about 3/4 of current devlopments in Russ could be uncommercial at this level. id like to know what netbacks you may be exopecting /barrel in the next few quarters for prod and devlopments - how wwouldl this effect Sibir profitability going forward in the next couple of years? What a """"" pity to see a profitable , working E+P company on AIM pumping 90,000 bbl/s a day go down the drain like this - ok its Russia but it astill breaks my heart that this type of thing can still happen. Obv with this chappy ,all his influence etc, in at 48% or whatever there was a huge risk attached 9 as seen in their behaviour before) but what a damn shame - id never invest in russia because my heartbeat couldnt stomach it- id also air caution to other PI's to get into this , even at this level, - it has a lot more to drop before it stabilises. Its tarnished again and along with the oil price problemattached to its prod and dev id say this one will stay surpressed for a quite awhile | 142 minty
03/12/2008 15:14 | next key time is around 4pm.... margin calls will be enforced around that time until close. | cyberpost
03/12/2008 15:13 | Don't worry guys, you always have a 600m tower you can jump from. Actually those who can hold long term needn't worry. Real estate will start moving up again after this down turn. Long term it's always up. The money will soon be replaced with oil revenue. | katsy
