APTA is by many in the know the only standout investment in this space at present that could seriously out perform by a considerable amount ! AGL a possibility Scancell may achieve goals DES another The rest are useing AIM has cash machines for life styles And have done this for years

Yet another thread ruined. I'm also invested in APTA and it's a real shame that these posters are ruining both the APTA and STX bulletin boards.

Norgine presumably used same criteria in Germany uk which was accepted so not sure if it was solely cost.
The head to head dstudy with IV was a debacle the study showed equal efficacy at week12 and beyond they set the wrong goals unfortunately then miss read the data causing Norgine a headache.
But looking at the open prescribing data they are clearly gaining momentum in the uk in the last 6/9 months

For context, Ammo has just been turned upon by the genuine holders of APTA, and told to stop his incessant multi-ID ramping. So he's feeling a little unloved...bless him.

The last fund raise Actually broke the camel's back And basically attracted another one of many sellers yet again The last 2 years have been a disaster for STX holders I don't often agree with Wally no mates on the other thread But in this case i do !!

Skcots48: you could also argue that Norgine are succeeding despite themselves, and now scrambling to catch up with a runaway hit wherever it gets going - hence all the England regional hires to manage the explosion in demand from doctors.

unfortunately there seems to be ample stock around with a big background seller depressing the price and using every opportunity to sell since the fall from 12

The big sell order looks like it's being managed and worked

painful espcially as we were so close to finally leaving these trash levels behind

at what point does Shield start looking attractive to a bidder? AOP are in prime position themselves if they feel as if they've had enough?!

any outside would be suitor would need AOP's blessing but could potentially pick up shield "on the cusp greatness" for peanuts

Heaven forbid (no pun intended) and it would be a real kick in the nuts for shareholders as company are within 12-15 months of the promised land

defintely wouldn't rule it out if the share price continues to sink

Scott Are you saying that failing to gain Rehimbursent approval in Spain Italy France is down to Nordgine .
I’m not sure what the process is but I was of the opinion its refusal would be cost based.
Scotland refused on that basis and Germany and the rest of UK see to be growing at a increased rate

When PAAT comes on and posts something super bullish and starts buying close to the highs that is the time to sell, ie when the price was 12.5p.Now he's on here talking about total wipeout and probably selling, that is the time to buy imo. Current price 6.9p and offering 14% discount to recent placing price.

I am delighted to buy sub 7p. Just have to wait two weeks now. But it will bob around here for a while. Add slowly if you think the sales will mushroom. Wipe out if they don’t!

Confucious says "that the company who issue shares every few months, care little for their shareholders, and employ lots of share rampers to try and keep demand for their shares"

In essence, this is one BIG SCAM, steer Well clear!!!

No one will get rich from owning this rubbish, despite the many and frequent claims on the other BB that they will!!!

Volume is low jimbren, suggesting that it's just nervous nellies selling speculative shares in the current shaky markets, and another flare-up in the Israel/Palestine futile spiral of death. Of course small selling can drive stop losses etc, sigh. I see 6p as an unlikely destination, but very strong support. If we get anywhere near it I will probably average down. GLA

All that said, I hate late in the day sell-offs, especially when markets generally are up.

The value of paid-for reports like Edison is that they are, effectively, the company's own forecasts and expectations that can't for obvious reasons go in a results RNS or anything but the sketchiest of "Outlooks". They are quite helpful even if not a true 3rd party viewpoint - but what "independent" brokers' reports ever are - or that don't just follow the herd?

we already have quite a few companies supporting stx
we don't need more as we only have around 50% share floating (if I remember correctly)

Skots money talks. If by next year it becomes clear that traction and breakeven have been achieved and that Shield is likely to make (say) £750m profit in the next 10 years of patent validity, why wouldn't a bigger fish come in and offer £500m cash on the barrel?

The most reassuring element of the Edison paper is that the cashflow shows a need for another $7m at the end of 2024. That means they have not massaged the figures to come to the answer they want. It is achievable. Getting the final cash would not be a problem I think in Q2 or 3 24 when sales are exploding.
