Might be a tad too early as the new shares start trading Tomorrow so expect some fallout from that and the likely failed Retail offer..

But as has been discussed (to death) sales have to keep going "hockey stick" coupled with GTN moving up by the next time we get a significant update (end Jan)

Clearly the average prescription value of $119 is far below planned levels so they are now going to get that higher with the new director. Gross margin of just over 50% is far too low. Should be massive. I think the slower cash generation is due to this issue but it is resolvable and combined with mushrooming sales could feed through to a fast recovery. But that is just my view. At least they have the cash and can get on with it.

Company holds an investor’s presentation yes investor presentation shares price drops 50% in the two trading days including the presentation day . Not only was it not mentioned they refused to choose the option to answer any of the questions submitted by investors and there was plenty submitted. We get the fortifying the balance sheet what a load of tosh

It’s extremely frustrating but this is what happens when the BOD completely go back on previous guidance regarding cash positions.They have lost all credibility and it’s the same ildPI getting hammered as usual . At least the retail offer should not dilute unless we have a larger number of halfwits taking the 8p shares

Hopefully Greg will be irritated enough at the prospective failure of the private placing to institute a full investigation by the LSE & FCA into insider dealing last week which has clearly undermined investor confidence in STX , for now

Yes as I mentioned a couple of days ago, I hope that the Viatris milestone payments will be used to either avoid further dilution or to pay off parts of the $20m loan (or both). There should hopefully be a payment coming in in 2025, or maybe late 2024 if things are ahead of plan?

Yes the VTRS split may well bite into that but I think there are £30m milestone payment triggers in their deal with STX

66million dollars to STX 24 million Profit. Let say a forward PE of 10 which is low and no further equity dilution then 30p is nailed on mid 2024 if things are on track .
If we have ROW progress then possibly 35/40

Bolitix My understanding is $120 million is group revenue so STX GET 55% of that take off the 66 million

Yeah good write up. I wonder if they are going to get the extra funds with the depressed share price?

Theoretically it should be all go from here, funding needs pushed into the future, expanding sales at a great rate. Just need the average price to start moving up.

Well the low share price looks to scupper their hopes of an additional $1.4m for the coffers.

Think they had 30% at the time of the change of management. They've obviously been selling down since (to AOP perhaps?) as prior to last weeks shenanigans their holding was 7.9%,AOP had 40% and Jupiter 4.8%.We will no doubt see whether Nestle participated in the placing but my instinct is that they're still selling down. Subject to the massive proviso about the accuracy of the advfn computer a big seller in the background would explain why the share price didn't rise on Friday despite the volume of apparent buys.
