28/9/2023 07:34 | 2theduke, agree people should send an FCA report, but it's also important to let the company know directly that we're not happy! | ![]() cyberbub
28/9/2023 07:31 | GuruNostra, your maths is faulty, £5m out of £69m is 7% dilution. | ![]() cyberbub
28/9/2023 07:28 | It’s not 2%, that’s the public part. What is corrupt is they already gave away 49% if the business at 6p and now another 20% at 8p… it’s clear if they raised after these results they could get it at 14p+… extremely poor and clear desire to give shares at very low prices to some. That’s outside of the insider leak. The results themselves are fantastic (barring price of subs), but it’s been stolen from us. Also fca have link for web form, easy to find to submit . (I can’t post) | ![]() 2theduke
28/9/2023 07:25 | What a scam again with companies raised with institutionals. Just total Fraud 8p lol cheap shares for the boys big big drop coming . Who ever bought last two days been totally fuvked by company. .Mms drive price up let institutional investors get out high as possible then short it back down to 8p unbelievable mms knew fund raise coming at 8p then shorted from yesterday . Every time it happens pis don't have a chance . | ![]() goforgold1
28/9/2023 07:22 | This raise is equivalent to 2% of the current MCAP OF £69M. But the share price is being brought down by around 40% - people will sell their own granny to make a lousy profit. | gurunostradamus
28/9/2023 07:21 | Unfortunately with many companies that need to raise money its not worth holding until it's announced as it's always at a discount which means lthers lose . The ones that arrive after it tend to benefit most and unfortunately raising funds for small caps is a never ending curled these days | ![]() bones698
28/9/2023 07:20 | Cheap shares for the boys. Usual city con | ![]() zagrosfold
28/9/2023 07:17 | Could anyone suggest how we report this and where ? I wouldn’t trust the company to, since they are happy to state the placement is “20% under last nights close”, which clearly we know was actually 40%… crazy | ![]() 2theduke
28/9/2023 07:10 | We live in a corrupt country | ![]() little minx
28/9/2023 07:10 | They're Expecting 80% Q3 vs. Q2 That's very very good I would say So this sell off was all about the small raise.. the mind boggles | ![]() tripletop1

28/9/2023 07:03 | So there was insider trading after all - not surprised at all.. was written all over yesterday's trading.. if only we had a strong FCA As blatant as I've seen it for a long while though | ![]() tripletop1
28/9/2023 06:56 | Remember 61%, if true is growth over Q3. YE24 of 70% is what economists thought would be an exceptional result. I don't have a problem with ambitious forecasts as long as their is drive to challenge them. 20% drop on this news is not making sense and Q3 has not ended yet either; so probably a closing MM issue. This will probably settle 11-12p before jumping on Q3 formal results later | bolitix
28/9/2023 04:03 | So let's assume that the figure that salesman posted was correct for Q3, 61% growth - perhaps he posted it just in the last couple of days so had good visibility? That would mean about 25k in Q3, which would be below the average growth we needed to make the full FY target. Total for Q1-Q3 would be about 50k. However if we assume that July and August were a bit soft, because either the salespeople or the clients will have been on holiday for part of it, and perhaps some of the salesforce still getting to grips with their brief, and they still made 61% QonQ growth, that would imply to me that a further QonQ growth of 100%+ in Q4 is feasible? You have to assume that management would have factored a possible slower summer period into their targets? Bear in mind also that Viatris would have had to sign off on those FY targets being announced, which gives more confidence. If 100%+ is achieved in Q4, that would take us to 100k+ for the year. Clearly that would be a miss on the target but not a bad miss IMO. Still plenty of room to regain the original sales trajectory going through 2024, and always remembering that discounts will be reducing, and re-orders increasing steadily. If we break the 100k mark for the FY, even if we're 10-20% below target then I think we'll be fine. Just my view anyway, it's all speculation, let's see what the company says this morning... Good luck all. | ![]() cyberbub
