Agree that today's RNS was positive on all fronts & 'should ' be viewed positively.
Our CEO & FD would have been aware of the 225 but that shouldn't have precluded them fro buying.

Shows the incompetence of Walbrook that they don't realise that should have been the headline and focus of the press release.Hopefully serves as a reminder to all how rife insider trading is on this stock. Someone obviously got wind of this on Tuesday hence their rush to take it up 10% just before the close

Base. If AOP are going to pay 4p a share I am not sure they would allow Directors to buy at 2.7p now. Actually with that deal potentially coming the Directors would be in a closed period I think. The moment it is RNSd, if it happens as stated, the share price rises by 50%.

As our share price drifts back towards its lows after yte brief excitement ,my thoughts turn back,again to the previus Proactive when our CEO hinted,in response to my question about Director share buying,that they were previously prohibited but could now buy shares .......yet none of them havent.
If they believe in the potential of the company he & Santosh are running, they would surely be buying as many shares as they could afford if they consider our share price to materially understate our prospective value.
Those in the know are not buying which emits a very poor signal.

Zeus. Pfizer have 11,000 sales reps and spend huge sums on marketing and promotion. The only realistic alternative is licensing. They tried that and it d not happen in the USA.

Toffeeman. The problem they have had is that they had 30 sales persons till May 23 and then 100 max in 2024. With being maybe 5% under those figures and adding in training time, holidays, sickness etc they might have had effectively 65 FTE sales persons in 2024. That is only just over one per US state. So it takes a long time to get to the point where word of mouth or critical mass is hit.
