I do hope it goes lower short term. 2.2 would be an excellent opportunity to double my holding

R9505571. Wouldn’t be surprised to see 2.2
But it ain’t a dog. It’s actually growing and generating increasing gross margin. That counts in the end.

"long term" is an horrendous investment attitude IMO. You're basically telling yourself NOW is not a good time but LATER will be.

Zeus. It is very amusing. I simply don’t see any of their posts except the comments about them. But I can guess. As long as they have fun mind.

Outside of AOP and possibly Nestle there aren't institutional investors. Those other major holdings are you and I ie retail investors with holdings reflected in aggregate at the brokerage level.

I remember Purchaseatthetop fully exploiting ENET, writing the same garbage he is doing here.

Expect him to be gone from here once the share price plunges furrher. Whatever his next target, steer well clear!

It will be interesting to see the impact of the paediatric approval when it comes. It will open a huge new market with a lot of HCPs aware and already using Accrufer for adults. Almost like everything being done now is getting ready for the full exploitation.

Not sure how shortens have been hindered as the share price is down substantially since (& before ) the AOP Rns-suggesting that insiders were selling ahead of the RNS (as ever here))& since -as they may know what is really going on

AOP may offer some of the shares to the market, instead of going over 50%. What they have done is hinder the shorters from driving the price down.

Zeus. AOP don’t really want to increase their stake but know STX needs more cash in 2025 to hit cash breakeven. Therefore new shares must be bought not existing ones. This covers both cash needs and any covenant miss needs.

If AOP want to increase their stake by 10m, they will have no choice but to buy at 4p. Buying 200m + shares on the open market would cause too much of a rally

Wow, you guys keep tabs on PATT like he's a celebrity or something! Do you have a fan club going for him too? Just curious if I should be expecting autographed PATT merch to pop up in the forums soon!

“Further details of the Subscription and the General Meeting will be made available to the public via the Regulatory Information Service and will be included in a circular to be posted to Shield's shareholders and made available on Shield's website in Q4 2024. Shield may incorporate a broader equity offering to existing shareholders and other investors should the Subscription proceed.”

Won’t be long to find out about this subscription. Bit of an odd one. The share price will have to recover or else why would existing shareholders want to buy at higher than existing levels?! Or why would AOP want to subscribe at the higher price?
