Could be a flaw in your investing strategy history points to 50p range been a reasonable support level showing strong gains the last twice

Nobby, as Stevee said, most on here value your posts.
Some people just enjoy winding people up.

Happy Christmas to you Andyr42 and everyone else
150p? Wow our expectations have been managed down.
We were at 180p when the FDA approval came through. We've had some shocks which are part and parcel for AIM businesses and STX it seems to me, but fundamentally we still have the product and it's benefits for a potentially massive global market. 150p would be a steal for someone if we run through the what ifs. I'm still hoping for at least a pound more.
I need to go now as it's time for my meds 😋

Peachie I would suggest you do some research I was invested and commenting on this bulletin board before you even new this company existed.
I’m not a poster that finds it impossible to post anything negative when I’m invested and my comments to a degree have been well founded.
Regarding NBG I stated I was surprised he was selling at the 60p range as I feel he is quite astute investor especially regarding the science side of things to be selling in that range surprised me.
My opinion of the management currently is still the same poor but I invest on value and times of panic certainly have created that I’m not anymore bullish I’ve just taken the opportunity of the market situation that my experience of investing gives me .

Nobby not interested in you and your shareholding/dealing, just your comment amused me after the event. Any bid would have to be over 150p. Merry CHristmas and a Happy 2021 to you all.

I think risk/reward is very much intact, if not got better with their plan to go it alone (big IF). However, I feel that won't happen as odds for out-licencing deal is higher, though one cannot discount a full bid. There is a big shareholder (c.48%) who is dictating much of the proceedings. Fingers crossed for 2021 Q1 for a major uplift.

Me either nobby; we are all looking to achieve the same goal and fair play to you on getting these trades more right than some of us.
I did think about bailing after that RNS and probably would have done if I had had a hefty holding here, but as it was, I just added the other day, as I mentioned at the time.
I plan to have another small top up, as and when/if 45p gets hit, on no further news. I may still do, as it is too early to say that we have found the bottom here yet, IMO.
I think the risk reward ratio has changed for the worse, and Tim is lucky to still be in the job, so I do not fully agree with those of you who are quite so bullish right now - but equally I remain compelled by the potential, so I will remain a holder for now. GLA.

I don’t think you need to justify yourself to best Nobby. Why they should expect you to declare adding at the low levels beats me.
Suprised they even bother investing here , they just seem to moan about the company. Only now seemingly bullish after adding at these levels.

This product has so much to give and will get there eventually IMHO.

Nobby,
Lots on here value your posts, I'm only annoyed with myself for not doing as you described, I did actually consider it but failed to follow through.

I have never questioned your honesty after all you would only be lying to yourself.
I tend to be a less active investor I may of mentioned in the past I took a large holding here in the 30 p range possibly 2 years ago now time flies sold a 50 % for a free carry.
But I love investing in companies when the house is on fire and most are running for cover in my experience while sometimes slightly higher risk often the best gains are made

In fact I am so sick of people questioning what I post, I extend the invitation to everyone else here. Then that person can verify once and for all that I do what I say on these threads!

When I posted that this was ridiculously undervalued the price was in the 60s and I thought that was the bottom as I said in the post and I actually bought a few. However, Tim's presentation didn't go down well so I decided there was further downside to come as a result, which proved correct!

You can sit on your hands and moan or you can use situations to your advantage. Relatively recently I have belatedly realised the latter is the best course. I will buy many of them back. The strategy is to sell some straight away so you have a base point. Then if it keeps going down you continue selling. The most important part is that first sale....and then of course having a point were you think it has bottomed. However, if you have sold all the way down, you have a range in which to buy back.

And to make it clear I maintained the majority of my holding. I think I sold about 40% but I will have to go back and check.

Provide me with an email address or a mobile no via a PM and I will send you the contract notes. I would absolutely love to prove to you that everything I say about my trades is true. So I will look forward to you contacting me.

Actually bought a few more at 158p before the close because it was moving fast.

NBG Slightly surprised you have been selling chunks at the levels mentioned especially 60p range I’ve sold zero since the RNS but added 3 lots.
I have had a negative opinion of the running of the company since the Removal of Carl Sterritt and it’s certainly got not get any better but investing is all about value so even with the clowns in charge I still expect a fair return from this valuation level
