My real identity gets exposed in HEMO board.
Apologies, I play around. It’s me who was short right from 175p.

Apologies

Griffiths (Richard) dropped holding from 4.96% to 3.96% - RNS just out.

High %age of shares owned by company insiders....for a takeover to succeed the offer would have to be very attractive

A couple of points i would suggest if no time frame had been put on an USA deal would anyone be concerned doubtful especially with the China deal in place.
Looking at the chart after the FDA Readout we retraced close to this level on no news also we are not privileged to the negotiations but the longer things go on and on the basis shield are playing hardball a takeover approach could arrive.
If you don’t need the funds just be patient and look to increase holding if it keeps getting cheaper

Marie , Nobby has been quite fair in divulging the little he knows. Reporting the CFO to FCA is a bit OTT.

If this goes back to the CFO we are less privy to future info. If anything it’s helped create a great buying opportunity.
To quote WB again ..... be greedy when others are scared.

Let's be clear, on a six month view I think you have made a good investment here. But the chances are you will have to wait that long to see a return. Of course all just IMHO and a bid for £5 will now probably emerge tomorrow morning....

It’s fine Nobby,

You’ve been helpful and super generous so far.

I’m going back to Malta next month anyway so wont be in touch for long.

It’s bit annoyed that I’ve put huge investment here and Metro.

But I think it’s all fine.

I’m just bit annoyed that this all information has been passed to you and not come via RNS.

But appreciate your efforts.

I will not ask FCA, but I’ve replied my grievance to CFO.

Good night.
Happy investing,
M

Sorry, I don't think what you said was a big deal. It's what we already knew. They are going to get the best deal not rush it. It was already predicted to be by end of Q2 so it makes sense to pull your money out until closer to the time - if that's your approach to things. It's not mine but, if you can be bothered actively managing it, you would probably do that. Can't see any reason for rise until the deal is out.

Fair enough Nobby,

I’ve now here £90K in last few days and as I write, I send couple of more emails to them.

This is breach of trading rules if they send out any information to anyone.

I’ve also reported to FCA.

It was a face to face discussion at the investor show last week, which lasted anout 15 minutes. I have spoken to the CFO on a number of occasions so know him quite well.

Look, I don't make things up; if you don't want to believe me that is up to you. I can tell you I am ten times more reliable than old senti who changes his view about whether he is short or long every 5 minutes!

Just now receive email reply from CFO that he won’t speculate about the deal and he has not send out any emails to any anyone they our deal is post or pre Q2.

Nobby, I’m not sure what to read now.

I’m really confused.

Why you misguide your fellow board members ?!
Dare to send the content of your email as it is ?

Don’t forget the chairman bought 75,000 shares at 1.78.

As Warren Buffett said ...the Stock market is designed to move money from the active to the patient.
